I have a friend who presently works as a graduate trainee in Stanbic IBTC Bank. He recently got an offer with MTN Nigeria as a graduate trainee too. Does MTN Nigeria have a better career prospect than Stanbic IBTC?

Note: Stanbic IBTC pay is higher.

What are the expected questions b4 documentation? I heard 20 simple questions under 15mins then PLI of 50questions under 12mins after documentation . I need clarity pls someone should please clarify. I just applied.
