If you plan to live in Nigeria,

I'll say studying Medicine in a private university (tuition of over 12 million + the stress) or worst, studying Medicine overseas to come practice in Nigeria.

Medicine is just overhyped in Nigeria, the pay is rubbish (less than $1000 monthly)

Just 15 months?
The man on the street will receive years for lesser offence.

No justice in the judiciary system.

You could see a doctor to examine you( your nostrils).
Once saw a polyp(growth) in a patient and that solved it all.( Thou it was a unilateral watery nose )

U're right on the allergic rhinitis or a possible chronic sinusitis . Go see a medical doctor, if there is need for a referral to an ENT surgeon he wud likely do so, an invx like an x- ray of the paranasal sinuses might be requested to R/O inflamed sinuses

We too like oversabi for this country.
Some will come to see you in the hospital and won't believe the truth you are telling them about their disease condition.
They will even be arguing with doctor.
Worst line is "Doctor, we have treated malaria so we came to treat typhoid".
Me, I just refer you to another doctor before you kill me with your oversabi

This is me ooo. I've been having allergic rhinitis and sinusitis since I was a child. I'm 30+ now I'm not happy that I'm still suffering from it. I've done series of tests, taking a tipper loads of drugs and I've gone herbal. Still no permanent solution in sight. I. AM. T-I-R-E-D.

If you have been told it's chronic sinusitis, you are likely going to need a drainage.
See an ENT surgeon before it becomes complicated (the brain is so close to the sinuses).

Could be allergic rhinitis or worst case a chronic sinusitis.
For allergic rhinitis, as long as you are exposed to the allergen (could be dust, flower, grass that was just cut, fan in a dusty room, AC etc) you will keep having the symptoms.
It can only be managed by resolving the symptoms.
Go to a teaching hospital for care.
Few tests would be required of you.
If the source is not tackled and you go with some jargons I am reading here, you will just have relieved symptoms for few days and it will reoccur.
