Bloody Nonsense. I have contested 3 times. The APC constitution already has the qualification of delegates, in my last primaries delegates are the executives of each ward and the local govt executives, elected national assembly members and previous holders of such elected position.

We collected the names and telephone numbers of all the delegates and assigned some girls to call every one of them.

I invited each unit of delegates for dinner in my house and gave them envelopes. there was a permanent "alase" in my house, and we bought foods stuffs (elubo) straight from Bodija market.
