The Leopards dropped seven places in the rankings to 59th in the world and ninth in Africa, while Cape Verde slipped even further – they plummeted 13 places to 62nd overall and 11th on the continent.

Guinea also dropped eight places (to 12th in CAF), but Guinea-Bissau were the biggest climbers, shooting up a mammoth 40 places to 75th in the world (18th in CAF).
