Okerenla:PRESS RELEASE January 24th, 2022 WHO IS AFRAID OF ADEMOLA ADELEKE ? Our attention has been drawn to a baseless, unfounded petition from an APC agent masquerading as PDP member. The focus again is on names and certficates of Senator Ademola Adeleke. We make hold to say that Senator Ademola Adeleke has no controvesry regarding his certificates and qualifications. All his submissions conform with the law in all ramifications. He satsfies the requisite electoral requirements. His academic certificates are verifiable and clearly authenticated by all relevant educational authorities. Our party leadership have access to all the certificates and we are sure due dilligence was conducted by the party during the screening exercise. That anybody will raise the issue already decided by the party screening committee only goes to show that some aspirants are scared of the electoral capacity and structure of Senator Adeleke . They are convinced they cannot win a free and fair primary against the former Senator, hence their clinching to straw to keep him out of the primary. The Ademola Adeleke Campaign Organisation however assures the party and our numerous supporters that there is no cause for alarm. Senator Adeleke was discharged and acquited when similar frivolous charges were levelled.against him in 2018. In this 2022, the records are clearer and open-Ademola Adeleke is eminently qualified to contest the governorship. We then ask - who is afraid of Ademola Adeleke ? We are reaching out to delegates ; we are mobilising party men and women. Weak aspirants and their agents are petrified. We are set for victory at the primary and the general elections. No amount of fake petitions , unfounded allegations can stop the populist Imole movement. Signed Director of Media and Strategy, Ademola Adeleke Campaign Organisation.

Nice declaration from the British prime minister. COVID-19 is a scam. |
UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson is scrapping COVID mandates. As of Thursday, students are no longer required to wear masks in classrooms. Advertisement - story continues below On January 27, face masks will no longer be mandatory in any school or anywhere in England and vaccine passports will no longer be required to attend large events. The government will instead “recommend” face coverings in enclosed spaces but leave people with a choice on whether to wear them. The government will also abandon its COVID pass requirement and no longer force people to present proof of vaccination to enter public venues. TRENDING: Who’s "Cleaning" Our Voter Rolls? Soros Founded and Funded ERIC Is Now Used In 31 States “In the country at large, we will continue to suggest the use of face coverings in enclosed or crowded spaces, particularly when you come into contact with people you don’t normally meet, but we will trust the judgment of the British people and no longer criminalize anyone who chooses not to wear one,” Johnson announced Wednesday as parliament rejoiced. The British prime minister also rescinded the government’s work-from-home requirement which has been in effect since December 13. England will begin treating Covid like the flu, Johnson explained. Advertisement - story continues below “There will soon come a time when we can remove the legal requirement to self-isolate altogether, just as we don’t place legal obligations on people to isolate if they have flu,” Johnson said. “As Covid becomes endemic, we will need to replace legal requirements with advice and guidance, urging people with the virus to be careful and considerate of others.” The British head of state maintains Covid restrictions are no longer mandatory because government scientists claim the surge of infections prompted by the omicron variant “has now peaked nationally” and more than 90 percent of those over 60 in the UK have received at least three doses of the Covid vaccine or booster shot. And just like that, the UK became freer than the US. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2022/01/boris-johnson-scraps-covid-mandates-england-will-trust-judgment-british-people/?utm_source=Email&utm_medium=the-gateway-pundit&utm_campaign=dailyam&utm_content=daily

APC Reconciliation Committee Meets Salinsile-Led Party Excos – As Chairman Demands Oyetola’s Resignation From Caretaker Committee The National Reconciliation Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) led by Senator Abdullahi Adamu, on Saturday evening, met the leadership of the party in the state led by Hon. Rasaq Salinsile. – As Chairman Demands Oyetola’s Resignation From Caretaker Committee Sodiq Yusuf The National Reconciliation Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) led by Senator Abdullahi Adamu, on Saturday evening, met the leadership of the party in the state led by Hon. Rasaq Salinsile. The meeting which ended at 7:10pm lasted over two hours, 30 minutes. Speaking with newsmen at the end of the meeting, Chairman of the Reconcilation Committee, Senator Adamu expressed optimism that the crisis in the party in Osun will be resolved. Adamu noted that the party members were honest and straightforward with their submissions which will be considered in the report of the committee when it returns to the National Secretariat. He said: “We are very encouraged with the presentations of the party members. The people have been straightforward, they have been very honest in their various submissions and we have taken note of the comments, contributions and the interventions they made. “We were a committee, we were sent by the party. We will take all of these things. Where we have reasons that are tangible in the petitions, we listen to the petitioners, then we make our report to the people that appointed us. “I believe that God has his intention for us to make the party appoint us as the reconcilation committee and we are driven by the spirts that determine the formation of the committee by the party in a sincere way, and by the grace of God as optimists and positivists, we believe we will succeed in this assignment. “We had very interesting submissions, they have been honest enough with us and we appreciate that.” In his submission, the APC Chairman in the State of Osun, Alhaji Rasaq Salinsile, said his executives at the meeting demanded that Governor Adegboyega Oyetola should resign from the National Caretaker and Extraordinary National Convention Planning Committee, since he has declared intention to contest for second term. Salinsile said his faction also demanded for the validation of the ward, local and state congresses it conducted in the state. According to Salinsile, the party members are optimistic that the Abdullahi Adamu committee will do justice to their demands and will not compromise the way other committees did in the state. He said: “Our demands were two. One, our executives from the ward, local government and state levels of the party in the state of Osun should be recognised. We also want Governor Oyetola to resign from the National Caretaker Committee. Since he has declared to contest for second term and the National Secretariat, which he (Oyetola) is part of will conduct the primaries, then he cannot be a judge in his own case. “His involvement in the lingering crisis in the party is not an understatement as he has no doubt influenced the decisions of the committees earlier sent to the state. “We are hopeful that this committee won’t be like the others and will do what is just and right.” At the meeting were the members of the Reconcilation Committee including former Deputy Governors of Lagos and Oyo States, Mrs Idiat Adebule and Chief Moses Alake Adeyemo among others. Former Speaker of the State of Osun House of Assembly, Hon. Najeem Salaam, Chairman, The Osun Progressives (TOP), a caucus of the party in the state, Reverend Adelowo Adebiyi, former cabinet members in the administration of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, Messrs Adelani Baderinwa, Gbenga Akano, Biyi Odunlade, Barrister Kolapo Alimi among were also present at the meeting. |
