Currently having an issue with my agent.

My friend moved out of his apartment to a new one.
His rent is remaining 6month before renewal
He asked I should continue managing his apartment till It expires and pay for another year

Expiration month is March 2021.
Pls note that I’m also an occupant in the compound with rent due by November ending.

Is there any law that state subletting illegal cos the agent is duly against it.

Pls help look into this matter.

As at now her body has changed a bit, I’m convinced she’s heavy.

How did I conclude on that?

*During first half (30-33 days ) of pregnancy in dogs, there’s changes in their nipples.
Their nipples get pinkish and swollen to produce milk for puppies.

*Also they become so clingy during pregnancy.
And all they changes are occurring already.

We are expecting some cuties soon.

Lagos to Abuja is about the same distance as Lagos to Calabar. I paid 80k for my delivery. By the time the driver explains everything to me, I think what was left for him was up to 30k. I still paid for his accommodation. That wasn't part of the deal but I felt I should do it.

Sometimes, I don't just pay people who does something for me because I feel that's what they worth, I pay them to be happy and hopeful in life. When people do all these suffer-head menial jobs for us, we should learn to make them happy. It's not easy surviving this country especially for people who struggles to make ends meet.
