The current FOB for the 013 4runer is 33357usd .with CBN exchange of 197 naira to dollar which mean that you multiply the FOB*197 i.e 33357*197 =6571329 naira which serve as the CIF,then multiply the cif by 35% which is the duty rate from FG to Customs.that will give you approximately 2.3m and that is the basic surface duty.For total clearing of such vehicle, you need to safe 3.2m.thanks

importing under age cars to Nigeria ports is now an offence, The Nigeria Customs will not release such vehicles to importer.please take note. NB: these are cars from 1999 down ward .it excluded Vans, Bus, heavy duty equipment and Trucks.
