Try to be objective in your criticism... when you say Honda , there is civic, accord, crv, Pilot, etc .. .. When it comes to civic especially 03 to 05 . And talking from experience, more like uber experience . Have never had ball joint issues at all.. The civic shocks have never had to change them except for one shock for my 04 civic.. The rest are very ok. Better than the elantra .. The civics are low cost maintenance....I plan to add more civics to my fleet. I will be very selective when doing so... more than likely I would not be buying for people...

Not everybody can own a Honda especially Accord coz unlike other vehicles Nigerians like
For Honda U gotta be able to maintain ND have money to Maintain a Car plus GET GOOD MECHANICS I REPEAT GOOD MECHANICS

UNLESS SOME WILL SAY HONDA IS GOOD ND SOME WILL BE SHOUTING IS BAD TWO THINGS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

1. ONE CANT COPE WITH MAINTAINANCE FEE
2. OR HE IS USING A WRONG MECHANIC

what do you think is the reason behind the persistent Honda shaft issue?

Lack of maintenance and sometimes lack of competent engineers to repair the Honda Machine (Car yea but it's a Machine)

Anyone who thinks I'm wrong sud answer the question why some persons never complain about Honda hand issue despite the fact they use theirs and travel also like me
And why others complain someone even said here that is own remove 3km away from where he changed it lols that sound like spiritual issue but trust me ... something is wrong somewhere... Btw wrong parts, wrong repairer, or so but definitely not Honda coz it's not general to All who use same Car

Most urban roads in Nigeria is flooded this rainy season, try and do the following -

Don't rev your engine on flooded roads, may suck water into your engine, allow your car roll as it steams

Get good wiper blades to improve visibility in the rainfall.

Avoid asbestos brake pads, loses grip in flooded terrains

Make sure drain channels in open roof vehicles are thrown open to avoid flooded cabins

Replace worn out weatherstrips (door chromes), the rubber lines on them prevents water from sipping into your compartments and cause damage to your central locks.

Lols at tyre pulling out tho I'm afraid that can't happen coz I get Good Balljoint ND don't even allow them sound before I change them so for some of us that tyre will never pull out except if Oyinbo tyre don dey commot lols
Btw I know Ball Joints sound but this sound is way different


At the issue they v checked it they will v to take the beam down to help me change some rubbers holding the leakages he showed me that's what sounding

There is this Bouncy feel I hear when driving on all this imbalanced express road especially on the other part of driver side like something Jugging per the number that I enter is it normal or what could be the Cause Car is Honda Accord DC and the last time I had my shocks checked they said the side was good while I changed the driver side

Anybody got an idea of that or is it normal...the Mitsubishi that I also drive on a daily basis doesn't sound like that on those places most times it just drive without sound on them

Next is I want to do alignment ND wheel balancing this week coz on Sunday when I sped on a Good express I noticed some vibrations tho like I said I just changed to the newly affected tyre ND I've not done balancing since then

You need a better alignment. Like most places in Nigeria he did the toe and not the camber. Your car is knock-kneed. You can see it in your picture.

The Confusion in town is what's bothering me some school r saying alignment some others are saying No alignment for back

As far as i am aware, there is no adjustment (no alignment) for the rear wheels on this model unless you will remove cut and weld the part and reinstall.

As far as man concerned, one of the bushings is bad and would need replacing.

I experience the same issue with my 2003 accord. 1 rear wheel is more affected than the other in my case so i know one bushing is more dilapidated than the other.

Yeah in my Case to one is more affected than the other the issue is how to recognize which of the bushing is Bad now

That kind of issue is typically a steering system issue.

My guess is either the outer or inner tie rod ends. There is definitely a gap on it creating excess steering play.

And I want to be sure to buy the right thing that's the issue ND my mechanic said the tie rod is Okay

How can there now be such issue without solution of what to do ND get result

Have you been using that DOT3 in the red can? the one my papa been dey use for his Benz 200 regular in the 90s, abeg use the blue color allied it's what I was using in my accord 06 and still use it in some of our cars and we have never had brake problem or rusty brake lines

O better so how do I get rid of the old dot3 in the Brake Fluid cup or sud I just start topping the Car with the blue color allied
