I know hotel owners in abuja who will build in hotel today and immediately they start realizing profits, they start building another, or buy flashy cars or buy housed and lands.

Once the owner makes small money, the next thing is to go to village and build house. When the money is dwindling, they look for the only option of increasing prices.
