Please anyone that has dealt with this issue or know what to do please assist. I bloat, have cramps and diarrhea from ovulation phase till period comes. It's really a lot and concerning as I am TTC.
If someone knows what i can do to avoid/prevent the diarrhea please tell me.

As a Nigerian that studied and spoke English all their life. It is in your best interest to avoid Quebec.

I'm not in the group you're asking, but the French language just isn't that hard. And the kind of French that Canadians speak isn't a high standard. Quebec also has free French classes.

You can learn a lot of French in a year, especially while living there. After a couple years, you should be good. But you do have to make a real effort to learn.
