Taking him to a GP is better than you trying to treat it yourself.

After freezing the milk in milk bags or cups, when you want to feed you can warm it by placing the frozen milk still inside milk bag in a cup with hot water.
Allow to melt and come up to the right temperature.

Go to YouTube and watch videos on breast milk storage and use.

Thanks mama. It was very stupid of me to have said all those things especially being a FTM. Amen to your prayers because I don't know how long I can bear this pain.

I say to myself: the God that gave others the strength to bear it and give birth successfully, will do same for me. My MS lasted well beyond first trimester. Early third trimester I was still throwing up. Just pray for strength.

Just curious about how other moms to be are preparing for postpartum.
I couldn't get disposable pants in my size, so I bought adult diapers. I hope they will not laugh at me in the hospital.
I also prepared a gin and spices concussion to help flush out the blood and cleanse the womb after birth.

The surgeons later came by 7pm they work in a federal hospital. I was given a spinal anaesthesia, I could see what was going on though they covered my view with a green cloth,but I could hear and follow their conversation. The surgery was so long. Before they could get out the baby, the 3 doctors had to push different locations..The baby came out ,they removed the placenta. The repair process took so long, almost an hour. The surgeons were sweating Well, to God be the glory the surgery was successful.

The doctors told me to wait at least 3 years before having another baby so I can heal well, they said subsequent delivery will be by CS too. I thank God I am alive and my baby boy too is alive and strong. Though the vigilante period isn't easy..

I was told to avoid Uda and scent leaf too not sure of the others, so I just avoided peppersoup because I like my pepper soup with the complete spices and enoughscentleAf and utazi. Chaii painful tho I had to control the urge, it's just 9 months and I will resume flexing my peppersoup the way I want it.

Scent leaves doesn't disturb pregnancy and I eat my pepper soup without any issues.

Sisters, please I need your input in this, so I did TVS just to be sure what's going on and also preventing our BFP. Even though we couldn't BD on ovulation day and the day after, but we BD 2 days before ovulation, and I learnt that sperm stays in the cervix for 3-5 days. So I thought God will use that to bless us. But AF showed again. Which prompted me to go for TVS. And the result showed

1- posterior Vaginal fornix cyst(Gartner duct cyst) ( never heard of such in my life)
2-Adenomyosis (just imagine what is going on in my body)
3-1cm subserosal Fibroid( Im just wondering where this one came from again. What cussed this for goodness sake. All the ultrasound I did never showed this. What could cause these for goodness sake. Is it Letrozole and fsh inj I took?

I saw my gynea and he said nothing can be done about the adenomyosis, I shouldn't worry about the fibroid since it's tiny (ofcouse I'm so worried as I heard that it grows. I want to get rid of it if there's any natural way to do that). And then he suggested Lap for the vaginal cyst(said 700k) for the laproscopy. I don't even have that kind of money, not even thinking about it.

Please is there anyone here that has experienced any of this? What can I do please. I'm sorry each time I comment here, it's always bad news. I pray one day I will come back here with good news. #Sobs#

Talking about shrinking fibroids, I recently consulted with a woman considering surrogacy because she took drugs to shrink fibroid and it backfired. Causing damages to the womb that caused the womb to be removed. I fear these kind things. If no be surgery to remove fibroid, i no dey consider am.

If its not affecting the positioning of the baby, you just have to leave it. Right now you are as fragile as anything. Depending on means of delivery, the fibroid can be removed same time.

I don't know if it will be too early to test moro 8day. Please is the primolut injection I was given not okay or is gestone better, the next dose is on Monday. I am just told to continue my meds.

Please try not to exert yourself, rest very well. Just lie in bed and do nothing for most part of the day.

This my tiredness is not funny at all. Pregnancy tired is on a different scale.

I have been eating scent leaves. I am in late third trimester and I have not had any issues because of it.

Please what is the position of the fibroid? I had 4 fibroids outside the womb and I had my son through VD in 2019 without complications. If the fibroid is inside the womb, jejely follow your doctor.

The important thing here is for both you and baby to be alive and well. May God strengthen you.

Cretche: up to - 12months
Playgroup: 1-2years
Pre-nursery: 2-3years
Nursery: 3-4years
Reception: 4-5years

A child/pupil may stay back in a class if there are learning difficulties or late development.

Many things can cause prolonged bleeding. Fibroids and incomplete abortion/miscarriage are 2 of them.

My feet and legs swell on days when I am very tired and have done lots of work. Once I rest well, especially on weekends it goes down.

My wife has been trying to get pregnant for the past 18 months. We did variety of tests,ranging from sperm count, hormonal profile,hsg,pid test and so on but at the end she was diagnosed with high prolactin and anovulation...which they classified as PCOS. I was told my sperm count was good.
She started taking drugs like clomid ,cabergoline,later we switched to fertilaid and also ovaboost. Clomid did not work and it wanted to start having cyst with it so we decided to stop clomid.

Earlier this year,we switched only to parlodel and ovaboost coupled with pregnacare...she got tired of it and stop taking parlodel and ovaboost got finished also ,left only with pregnacare with last month. Fast forward to this month,she missed and period and she decided to check with home pregnancy test kit,loband behind,it was positive. she went for blood test and that also came positive..the doctor told us we should got for ultrasound that it may be false test but this morning,the test came good also,uterine pregnancy. We are so so happy now.

Now my question, is there need to continue with parlodel or pregnacare since she has been a patient of pcos for a while? Because the doctor only gave her folic acid

The folic acid is ok.
