@bigt76
The suggested approach look Kool to me. Really appreciate.
Let me see how I can handle this.
Kudos to all the Gurus, you are really doing great.
Tanx.

quote author=bigtt76 post=76082919]Well since you're a director of the company likewise your wife, you can get a board resolution (assuming it's a limited liability company) to acknowledge footing the vacation bills for your family as part of the benefits you are entitled to as a director of the company.

There are several instances here on Nairaland, you can search through on the format used but you would need to be convincing enough to scale through the interview.

All the best to you and your family.
Thank you Boss. So so appreciate your contributions. Really great.
Actually, the side biz is a registered family biz with myself, spouse as Directors and children as stakeholders. I also pay my spouse monthly salary of 100k. Most of my transactions are done remotely online without physical contact. Mostly worked at nights.
The visit is to explore happenings outside the shore of Nigeria within a week.
I would have substitute govt job as side job but that's is not applicable in Nigeria.
I was refused 3 yrs ago coz of series of logments and ATM transactions in both my salary account and company account.
I need the best way to handle this situation.
Thank you all.

quote author=bigtt76 post=76065043]What he's trying to pass on to you is that stating that you pay yourself that much for a side hustle while you earn lower from a full time job is bound to spark suspicion.

It's either you state the side hustle as your primary source of funds and tie to your home country or be ready to explain in full details the nature of that side hustle.

If it's a one man business, your profit is yours to spend and you don't need to pay yourself a salary but you may need to separate your profit from your business capital.

You can move your profit to a separate account and leave the business capital in your business account.
Thank you for your response Boss.
I have a business that fetch me minimum of 600k per month as profit.
You are to please guide me.
Tanx.

justwise:
You paid yourself between 350-450k monthly? And govt pays you 160K? You still wonder why people get refused a visa?

How can you possibly pay yourself almost half a million naira a month from side business while holding a full time job that pays you 160k?

You are setting yourself up for another refusal.

Please state your financial situation as honest as you can because nobody will believe the picture you painted

@Justwise et al

I've posted earlier on my refusal notes. Please help with these.

- I earned 160k from govt job
- I paid myself salary range of 350k - 450k in the last 6 months

Question:
- What should my place of work read?
- What salary do you earn after Tax should be?
- Do you have other income or savings?
- Do I need to mention what I earn from personal business?

Thank you all.

Please paste the refusal letter here and blank out your personal details
I find it difficult to attached pdf file. Below is the contents of page 2:

I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the
requirements of paragraph(s) 4 of Appendix V: Immigration Rules for Visitors.
I have considered your application in the context of your evidenced personal circumstances and
funding. You have declared in your visa application form that you are employed full time earning
£337 a month and that you are married with three dependent children. You also state that you
propose to travel to the UK with your spouse and child as a tourist for six days, staying in hotel
accommodation. You have further stated that you will meet the costs of your proposed visit.
However:
• I must also consider the evidence of your personal circumstances and funding as demonstrated by
you. You have stated that you will personally spend £2850 on your proposed visit. I consider the
personal cost of your proposed visit to be around eight times your stated net monthly employment
income. Whilst I have noted that you state you have investments, it has not been sufficiently
explained how such proposed expenditure is credible.
• As evidence of your own funds and financial circumstances you have submitted bank statements.
However, whilst I have considered the documents submitted I am not satisfied that you have
sufficiently demonstrated the origin of the funds shown in your personal account. I am not satisfied
that these statements are a reliable reflection of your financial circumstances or your stated ability
to pay for your proposed visit.
• I am not satisfied that you have sufficiently demonstrated your personal circumstances and funds
or that they are as such that you can be relied upon to meet the conditions of visit entry clearance.
Taking the forgoing into account, I am not satisfied that you intend to leave the UK at the end of
your visit. Furthermore I am not satisfied that you have sufficient funds available to cover your costs
whilst in the UK without working or accessing public funds. Your application has therefore been
refused under paragraphs V4.2 (a) and (e).

Thank you Boss.
Can you please give me a hint on supporting documents to back the payments. I guess Board resolution, receipt/invoice of transactions etc

You needed to submit enough documents to support to source of that money, not just company registration papers and bank statement only
You should repackage yourself and reapply. Make sure your funds for the trip isnt more dan 2months of your income. You should be fine.
MrsDaniels:
@Jommy26 was the refusal email correspondence from Croydon or Sheffield? Because its really surprising thou @Justwise that UKVI now sends refusal via email. It usually does send approval or denial alongsides one's passport. Guess this a new approach from UKVI. Sorry for your refusal.
Mail received from UKVS. I've not even gone to collect passports back from TLS coz of the annoyance.

Was that money paid in monthly? If yes..when did the payment started?
Yes, paid monthly. Started the payment last year July. Paid up till January this year. Money always paid last week of every month. August 2018 to January 2019 statement used. The allowances quoted was the last six payments. No lodgement.

I appreciate @Justwise.
