The soap doesn't wash all the microns of dirt from the body. Rubbing cotton wool dipped in methylated spirit on just washed body will still should some dirt. |
Politics › Re: What Exactly Is Peter Obi Doing In Anambra State? by Jomonix: 2:07pm On Apr 12, 2025 |
PROUDIGBO: ^^^Inasmuch as there have been concerted efforts over the decades by the Bastards that've controlled gov't at the centre to deny Ndigbo an enabling economic environment that will give us the tools to develop and improve our lot, i'm of the opinion that -the pitfalls and diabolical scheming notwithstanding- we ought have progressed far better in all indices than is presently the case.
What we as a people have done is to rest on our battered oars, and be content with progressing at a pace dictated by the centre: a centre that until recently didn't give two shi*ts about tapping into the relative strengths of the human and material resources that abound in the region. I'm no Nostradamus but i can tell you for nothing that this nonsense WILL CONTINUE for as long as we collectively refuse to take our destiny in our hands, and chart a developmental course driven, managed and funded mainly by Ndigbo at home and in diaspora.
We have not been too bright (putting it mildly) in electing Sons/Daughters into public office that have the vision, zeal and mental capacity to take their respective constituencies to a higher enviable level. Of the five states in the South East, i can honestly say (and i'm entitled to my opinion) that i have a positive feeling for the state leadership in only two (Imo and Enugu), and i'm sure any nuetral observer will agree with me. The rest states just seem to have clueless gov'ts that haven't got the faintest idea how to manage and bring out the best in their people/resources. They seem to have no vision on where to take their states and it seems they ran for office just to be called 'Your Excellency'.
Also, our representatives in Assembly and Federal Gov't seem to be there just for what they can get out it, and it seems they're afraid to take the President to task on promises yet unfulfilled: like the Onitsha River Port that we were told would be commissioned in Oct' last year. Yet you hear of private and gov't projects being planned and commissioned almost on a fortnightly basis in other regions.
One of our problems seems to be the fact we don't have a 'leader'; someone that can knock heads together, tell it as it is and get things done; someone that would enable us think and speak with one voice, with everyone pulling in one direction.
Oh well!!! God dey. This is over 10 years ago. Man, you are a prophet. |

jUeLiZ: it's still passable but was more like a death trap. And you can easily get stuck on the road, so some people prefer using water to through Oron to Uyo.
But the government has started working on the road since 3 or 4years ago and much has not really been done though... Thanks for this information. Between 2016 to 2018 I was involved in a pipeline project between Calabar and Creek Town. So, my residence was in Calabar, and I frequently made trips between Uyo and Calabar. The road was still good at that time, and I must say one of the safest roads in Nigeria. You can pass the road at any time without any issues. |

He knows his people only adore chronic bigots and despise those Ibo politicians who are known to be moderate. That’s why the likes of Ojukwu, Nnamdi Kanu, Obi, Abaribe, etc are hero-worshipped despite no significant legacy to their name while the likes of Rochas, Umahi and Soludo are despised. Humphrey Nwosu was remarkable considering that his idea of option A4 made Abiola possible. With Option A4 Humphrey Nwosu beat the army generals in their game. Without Option A4 there will be no stolen mandate in the first place. So, Humphrey has his place in history as the man who created a flawless electoral process that sent the army back to their barracks. I know that history will remember him; even place him higher in time to come. He is immortalized already. |

TheBillyonaire: Having gone through historical knowledge of how Natashawo seduced and manipulated Akpabio to win over a $100 million dollars worth of contract at NDDC, a contract she and now husband never qualified for, and a 7 billion naira jezebel con job using her seductress strategy, I can say that this woman is one of the best female Iscariots in modern History,
Akpabio is actually the victim. He thought that by enriching this woman, and giving her access to power, that her pussy will always be oiled for his Annang strong dick, but he had no idea that this Jezebel was the Devil's arrangement towards his destiny.
Only his maturity and emotional management has helped him escape this bitch of a woman and every man should be careful of any chinese looking woman.
Will it be wrong grammar to say that 'her wife' can not keep her in check? Her fight with Akpabio is to ensure that she does not give that pussy to Akpabio, which he clearly deserves. And I have no idea why Akpabio did not fucck her before giving such contract to the so called husband. |
