Hello there, am a computer tech based in the US and I build custom made Desktops and am thinking of shipping them to Nigeria, Now from the research Ive done so far, I have learned not to even think of using USPS to ship to Nigeria, Since they hand it over to NIPOST, I might as well believe that my package will be stolen or destroyed, I also looked into UPS and FEDEX since I have a regular customer account with them but the prices seem to straddle around $400-$700, and thats just way too expensive, Now I found a third party company based in the US who promises to ship stuff for me for 30-40 % less, They seem legit and they will also use FEDEX, now my question is anyone on here have any ideas, anyone dealt with other companies that ship to Nigeria, and for the love of goodness why is it this stressful to ship stuff to Nigeria?

Hello there, i have posted here beforeof my wish to start building, selling and sending desktops back to Nigeria, I build customized desktops, anyway, I did get quite a few responses but it seems like I always run into one issue, Shipping, Now am based in the U.S and normally I use UPS to ship within the U.S but since this will be an international shipping its 100 times more expensive. Now I heard that I should never use the USPS to ship to nigeria, the reason being the NIPOST people have a tendency of stealing and or loosing peoples stuff and since most of my desktops start off from $700, this is not something I would like to gamble on, Also I do know some of my "hustler" brothers on here when you send them a package, they receive and turn around and claim they did not get it or try to take their money back, so my question is what would be the most reliable way of shipping a desktop to Nigeria that can be reliable and possibly deliver to the person or have them pick up at their shipping center or offices, any also how populer is google checkout in Nigeria, Thats what I normally use for payments so I know my money is secure and the buyer also knows they have a certain line of recourse if they believe I sent them the wrong thing,

Hello there, Ive been on this website for a couple of months now just trying to get a feel of it, Am liking it a lot, any way, I am computer technician here in the states for a retail company which means in other words, I repair computers. For the past few months i've been building desktops as a hobby to sell on ebay.com which I've been able to sell a few. Am really thinking of turning this into a real business but my real goal is to start building desktops for retailer to sell em in the Nigerian market, Ive sold a couple to some people in UK and Russia on ebay, I normally buy my parts brand new from reputable websites and their prices are okay, Now like i said i started this as a hobby so its not like I have a warehouse somewhere with tons of computers ready to ship out, am no dell or HP, okay maybe not yet atleast,
