I'm writing here because I've had my own fair share of this issue, but all thanks and glory to Jehovah for blessing my family with a healthy bouncing baby boy. I can't find the right words for praising Jehovah for his miracle in my life.

I had very poor sperm count and to make the matter worse, almost all were dead. Depression set in when after different visits to different doctors and taking expensive medications, the outcome of the medications were to the negative other than to the positive.

We got our problems solved by a woman in PH, and here we are filled with rejoicing and thanksgiving.

@nonen, congrats to you and family. can you give us details of your testimony further? what medications did you use or therapy undergo in PH? for how long? we are just praying along as well and looking for alternatives as guided by the Almighty. i will appreciate you timely feedback.

please help needed here, Just delivered a Camry 2001 that needs some advice with servicing, i have already done the Engine Oil & oil filter change, i replaced the fuel pump after it got bad. now my major concern has to do with the Power steering fluid and Automatic Transmission Fluid(ATF) which i plan to change as i do not know the history, please any idea on what type to go for and how much cost i should be looking at? car has about 164,000km

Most proper reason, while installing teh Bulb you are not meant to have contact with the bulb glass part, as this creates heat points,which eventually burns out a hole and allows the tungsten to oxidize.
When installing the next one make sure fingers do not come in contact with bulb, only hold the metal part that fuses into the lamp holder,cover teh glass bit with tissue or some comes with a foamy bit round them most of the times.if this doesn't wrk then you have an electrical problem

1. getting a good DRL in place of this ordinary bulb to work independently with car starting or,
2. getting a good grade bulb to connect to parking light.
bottom line is i just need the lights to last and work alone independent of the headlights. Any good rewire/tech in house that you can recommend.

i believe and pray this will work as well, though its less expensive than the Fertilaid & motility series, planning to start at the beginning of a new month to monitor usage effectively.,

BMI is a measure of how overweight or underweight one is.

It is calculated as: BMI = Mass/(height)2; ie, mass in kg divided by the square of the height in meters.

Eg If you weigh 75kg and measure 1.7m your BMI would be : 75/(1.7 x 1.7) = 25.95kg/m2

Interpretation: Less than 18 = underweight.

18 - 25 = optimal weight

25 - 30 = overweight, but not obese.

Above 30 = Obese

Above 40 = morbid obesity.

NB: I forgot advice about not increasing the temperature around the scrotum by not wearing tight trousers and undergarments, not placing laptops on the laps and not sitting down with legs tightly together for too long.

These little things can go a long way to help in situations like yours.
