You also learn from those seeking to implement a program such as yours,or are about to start something similar. You exchange ideas. That's how governments work! vaxx1: You don't do it by visiting non competitive country , why dont you visit TZ for rural elctrtricty access or ruwanda for nuclear technology or south africa for national service scheme . you do it with a successful country not the one you are better off.
When Ghana found oil, she didn't went to Nigeria to study how to manage the new fund wealth , she travvled all the way to Norway which is assumed to have the best practise in that sector . you learn from the best practise not the country you are better off. |

In the beef industry,we visited both Angola and Djibouti to draw all sorts of lessons. We may well have visited more countries than these two! I don't get you! vaxx1: You are only learning from best practise.....our national service scheme you came to study of recent shows it all.
we also do visit but not to a country less competitive to ours |

In BRT,we visited Tanzania but we didn't like it much but loved the Colombian one. If we are to implement the BRT,we will opt for the Colombian model that our experts loved. You don't go for one case, you study many cases, bimbo! vaxx1: You are only learning from best practise.....our national service scheme you came to study of recent shows it all.
we also do visit but not to a country less competitive to ours |

You are really stooping low! These visits are so normal. How far have you gotten with your nuclear program ? We even visit Tanzania and Rwanda for such visits. You can even add Djibouti! That's what you do when you want to prepare a certain policy document. You visit as many countries as possible in the process learning not only their successes but their challenges as well. vaxx1: You are only learning from best practise.....our national service scheme you came to study of recent shows it all.

You will soon come agian for more other stuffs.... |

We visit so many countries to learn a thing or two. That is so normal ! '' He indicated that the delegation selected Ghana and Morocco to understudy them because the two countries had best stories among other African countries, adding that, other teams were also visiting Chile and Argentina as well as Philippines and Thailand to learn their practices.'' And this article is from 2008! vaxx1: I care less to know about your hot spot of lies . The minister is way smarter and knowledgeable than you lots. he has already indicate you have electricty access below 40 percent, nothing here can make sense again unless you are doing another lies which I am not ready to entertained...
regarding our excess capacity which we do not borrowed to pay , we have already take some giant steps many developing nations like ours will be scared to do . we have cancelled billions of contract even in the face of 190 milliom dollars free aids .we have taken over the electricity sector back. A single listing of ECG will pay up its debt and goverment is considering that. VRA is not even in discussion....
we have bit the bullet of america just because of this . we have send some of the contractor away . we are Bearing the consequences because if you are going to pay 200 million cedis today it is better than waiting to pay GHC 500, GHC1bn in 2-3 years. we have done it and it working ....
There is a reason your goverment understudy our rural electricity infrastructure ..... only 10 percent of your rural communities are connected to your national grid.. ..our nuclear technology alone even attract your goverment....nothing match nuclear technology in green energy...... |

11 billion dollar trade deficit. How does Kenya remain stable with it?
Trade deficits may not mean always bad after all.Not all economists agree on this one, some say it's good others say it's bad.
Anyways we must still grow our exports.
Economic theory suggests that persistent trade deficits will be detrimental to a nation's economic outlook by negatively impacting employment, growth and devaluing its currency.
Smaller countries certainly have experienced the negative effects that trade deficits can bring over time. Proponents of free markets, however, insist that any negative effects of trade deficits will correct themselves over time through exchange rate adjustments and through competition leading to a change in what a country produces.
Large trade deficits may simply reflect consumer preferences and huge spending power and may not really mean much trouble. |
