South African cities are better managed in SSA when compared to most cities in other African countries,that is true urbanization. In Kenya,we have some slums in cities in Nigeria we have Slumburnization (over-urbanization).

The excess you arw getting in value of your revenue is used to services debt not on reserved . The overall back up to stability of your income depends largely on the reserve of your country. which is far bad compare to Ghana...

What is happening in Nigeria and Ghana is over-urbanization and not necessarily the type of urbanization you'd see in European countries.

Provided that they are no parties that would remit that profit abroad. If multinationals run your cocoa/tea industry then you won't get to have much of those revenues/profits.

Country A might have sold oil worth 5 billion dollars but this sum has to be shared along many parties in the end the tax man of country A gets to only walk away with 2 billion dollars. Export revenues are good when you don't share a lot with foreign investors or parties. If a Kenyan farmer union sold avocados worth let's say 10 million dollars,all of that cash as revenue will benefit Kenyans and Kenyans alone.

We get six billion plus as export revenues but our revenue body is on road to collect 20 billion dollars as total government revenues. Your gdp per capita is nothing but a product of high exports,I just realized that you collect child sums revenue for your own budget.
