Black Kenyans are the richest group controlling our economy and politics! Look at the top ten richest Kenyans! 95% of our dollar millionaires are black Kenyans! Look at Kenya's big corporations and their majority shareholders? Ironically,the Indians have been crying of seclusion by the government-we are now doing something to CORRECT that! The constitution says of fair treating of all Kenyans regardless of political stand,race,religion,tribe and gender!

My man, l understand you but still you don't get it. No matter how involved they are in the affairs of your nation there are still too few of them compared to you guys, if you have individuals who push and are determined, they would also own chains of businesses too like the lndians. This may not happen overnight after independence but over the years.

The Indians in Kenya are much more involved in our nation.We are talking of a generation that has been here for three centuries.We even have some Indian Mp's in Kenya,these are not people who have stayed away from us rather they have been with us since independence.We have Europeans like Dr Leakey or Daphne Sheldrick WHO HAVE BEEN PART OF US and they only know of Kenya.We are a multiracial society.Just look at our cricket team! Mr Henry Rotich,Kenya's finance minister just outside the treasury building office in Nairobi .By 14th June,he'll be reading to parliament and the nation Kenya's 2018/2019 budget which will be financed at a tune of 31 billion US dollars.It's my hope that the 46 million Kenyans will feel the impact of this budget!

Yeap - now that Ghana have signed - we need to move to Ghana - and prepare all the bleaching products they'll ever need.Although I won't be excited about Nigeria - many companies who've gone there have been disappointed - but kenyan companies know how to sell to the bottom pyramid - Kadogo economy - they'll need very small doses sent to their shops - so they can afford.

Maybe the poverty levels haven't forced us out yet! Most migrants cry of poverty and lack of opportunities back home.Poverty should be the number one reason!

One thing you people do not understand is that migration has a lot to do with the culture of contentment.

Look at the Latin Americans, they have better economic and livelihood standards than most African countries, yet they are still ready to die to cross over to the USA by any means possible.

Migration is not based on poverty alone, if it was, then Northern Nigerians would have been leaving Nigeria more than the Southerners, but as it currently stands, 90% of the people who leave Nigeria through the desert & sea are Southern Nigerians.

This is simply because the northerners tend to have a culture of contentment. While Southern Nigerians have this mentality of get rich or die trying.

So it is not just based on poverty alone.

Kenyans may be damn poor, but if they have a strong culture of contentment, they still wouldn't want to take the risks of illegal migration.

It's all the truth.Don't look at who said it!

Nigeria's population and GDP is roughly 4 times that of ours.They are nothing special! Their GDP is just upped by the huge population! Almost 100 Million Nigerians are poor and live under the poverty line.Nigerians living in poverty rised to over 61%!

Nigerians have been literally running away from their country.The Nigerian economy cannot sustain it's people.Nigerians make a significant percentage of African migrants who try to look for greener pastures in Europe!

I never heard of Kenyans on a boat trying to go to Europe? Have you? Nigerians should stay in Nigeria and try to build their country! They think they are better than SA yet they go there in droves.We have a lot of them in Kenya.Some of them are UNIVERSITY Students.Why would a Nigerian study in a trash country like Kenya?

Wishing the Nigerian Football team and all the other African teams all the best as they head to Russia! As a Kenyan, my support will be all behind the Africans teams!

Kenyan comedians rarely use an accent that can make us laugh,maybe they would when they are mimicking a politician. We just laugh at the raw jokes, not the accent. His main target audience has all been Kenyans tbf, we just love mixing English and Swahili. I got to say the way Trevor Noah does it is so marvellous, the best one in Africa in standup comedy I'd say!
