We should brace for tougher times. More sunshine is expected. The cyclone that hit some parts of South Western Africa has sucked off most of the moisture from the winds that are responsible for the rainfall making process in Kenya and parts of East Africa. It rained at Tsavo though, I wouldn't mind seeing the animals getting the water.We have enough food in our strategic grain reserves, all we need is to ensure that water reaches those who need it.
