Science greatly relies on experimentation to establish the facts. Philosophy has no manifest pathway that one can use to derive an argument. You may at times sound a bit stupid and illogical trying to support a certain philosophical argument. Some philosophical statements have zero logic in them! As long as you can support your shite, you are good to go in philosophy!

I'd rather join a Korean class than do anything related with philosophy. I did a course unit by the name The Philosophy behind critical and creative thinking in my first year. I had to read hard to pass it!

philosophy philo -sophia( love of wisdom)in my university days, it is an open ended course. We are made to pick a five open course out of 10 . I choose philosophy as part of them. It is rigourous and muilti -tasking. But one thing i like about it, there is no wrong and right answer. What important is the amount of critical analysis you put on your work. In philosophy, you can even argue the obvious gravity is not real, it you can support it with enough argument.

I did a unit on creative and critical thinking. It was a bit tricky!

You can even argue out why philosophy is a science. There is no course that stands on its own!Most courses have both linkages in science and arts!

One thing about geography is that it acts as a link between humanities(arts) and sciences.I appreciate very much it's arts side of it.

GIS to us is not a compulsory unit,it's an elective unit but I did it anyways!

BSC in Geography with interest in hydrology and climatology.I'm already at KARI Mtwapa in attachment as a junior lab technician at their weather station.It's interesting to note that I've done some short stints at KARI's land science department, community outreach department and sales office,this is when they learned that I had done units dealing with geographical surveying,geo-economics,population geography and geography of rural development in my transcript!
