He is to return to Barcelona and start his recovery sessions.
Don't be shocked if he doesn't use up to 3 months in the Sick Bay.

I know its still early days but I think we might finally have gotten ourselves a tactically sound coach since the days of Pepito... It was clear the half time talks had huge effects, Barca stretched Elbar in the first half and broke them in the second..I know we should dispatch Elbar normally but the fact that we have someone in the dug out that knows what he's doing is just Interesting..Next huge test would be Match Day 8 when we face Atletico Madrid at their new stadium...This season might just be more fun than we thought.

ollah1: The term selling club is nonsense. All clubs sells, yes the rate at which they sell varies. But the probelm here is, what stops Barca from including add-ons to thier own sales? Gilmado( not sure of the spelling) went for a coupe of bucks without add-ons. Same can be said about our other younger stars. Yet, Barca will buy at crazy amount and still accept all the add-ons.
Imagine the amount Neymar was sold, he went for peanuts. Absolutely nothing stops Barca from putting crazy buyout clauses on their stars in other to protect since it can easily be triggered by some oil gangs. The Caveat here is about add-ons and not buy out clauses..How many of our young stars sold has gone out to become great players at other clubs?..Mention just 1..We sold Pedro at 27, We sold Sanchez at 26, What add ones do u intend to add to players like that?.I'm telling you buy out clauses is a disadvantage to Spanish clubs, Then again I agree with u that the board is trash as we should also add ridiculous buy out clauses in our players contracts too but for the issue of add ons of our sold youngsters I dont fault this board |

ollah1: Some people wants attention on this thread. The best thing to do is ignore them. They claim to be cules but nothing but rats. Guys should just ignore them no matter what they write or post even if quoted.
Btw, Barca saved 10 Million euroes all thanks to Dembele's injury. I honestly don't know the kinda deals Barca signs. There are always crazy and meaningless add-ons but it's never like that when they sell theirs. What's wrong?
Barca still paid for Denis Suarez' goal. Anyone? Barca paid 800,000£ to Mancity cos Denis has played 40 games for Barca..It's part of the deal..Actually selling clubs insert such add-ons for players with talent and potential..Monaco inserted it in Martial's, Tottenham inserted it in Bale's, In fact I think most selling clubs insert add -ons in deals and if its for a huge talent with great potential then the add-ons get more pronounced. Its not just a Barca thing, Its everywhere. |

dmcdad: You are absolutely right!
The thing is, even we ourselves, we doubt our own and undermine their importance and contributions. Take the case of Neymar for example, how some of us here despised and undermined him while he was with us. Now we can only rely on Messi to do the magic, since Suárez has decided to be not useful.
Imagine games like weekend where Messi didn't have one of his best games, at least we would have been hopeful of something coming elsewhere. Anyway, we keep moving ahead regardless of the hate. The hatred is what makes Victory sweet for Us though..Its just painful when we ourselves undermine our own players..If a player is good he is good. Suarez is the only player struggling under this New Valverde set up, Suarez can't hold up play anymore,he looses the ball more than he used to before, He can't be trusted to bury the chances he uses to bury before, Even Messi tire for am in the game against Getafe..That Paulihno goal had Suarez written all over it,it should have been Suarez staying in that position but for where..Frankly I want Messi to remain in the false 9 role, I want the team playing for him and that's y thus far I'll give Valverde the pass mark. |

dmcdad: The thing is... We are always quick to disregard or undermine our own. And if you look closely, ours comes top or among the tops when comparing. Just imagine we have conceded just 1 in the league and Madrid had conceded in every game, but it's Barça that has the worse or even worst defence there is out there.
Take a trip down memory lane... Check on final table standings for the past 3 seasons or so, and you'll discover that Madrid had always conceded more than us, but as usual, Barça has the worse defence compared to Madrid. We are always put under the microscope, not just by us fans but also haters.
Anything Barça spreads like wild fire, especially if it's a negative thing. Even positive things arent appreciated as it should be..When Neymar was at Barca only few outside fans saw him as the third best in d World,He was the spoil brat that dulls attacks and dribbles unnecessarily and have occasional moments of genius, Neymar left now and he suddenly is on par with Messi and Ronaldo and he hasn't done anything differently he is still the same spoilt brat but in as much as he isn't wearing the Striped Barca shirt any more then he's suddenly the best.. According to these fans Puyol shouldn't be in the sane bracket as Terry, Iniesta is Apari, Xavi is the master of just short passes and harmless, safe passes, He isn't as good as we claim him to be, Busquets is just been helped by the league he plays in, Pedro was never good..I can say only Dani Alves and Ronaldihno got the World wide Recognition they deserved while wearing the Barca shirt and even after self..So the hatred isn't towards the players its against the Name Barca..Its always been Us against the World, that's the reason it baffles me when I come here and we fight amidst ourselves. |

This was what Valverde said after the match:
* We had no rhythm until the Second Half, the pitch was too dry, Denis and Paulihno were brought in because they know how to get into the box and finish. Also the goal of Denis brought us back to life and proved our players knows what to do in such situations*
Yet Denis didn't do shiit... |

DarkRebel69: Denis Suaréz changed nothing. He only happened to be in the right place at the right time. Sheer happenstance. Maybe you watched Barca B instead cos if u r talking about the same game then mate I really dont know Less than 5 minutes after coming on Denis almost caused a penalty,it was a legitimate claim cos he was fouled yet the ref throwey face...Then his next significant contribution was the goal. That goal wasn't fortuitous in anyway,it wasn't a tap in..He controlled the ball perfectly and set it for the chip all with the first touch, and the chip almost broke the getafe defenders neck and the goalie's hand. Coutihno is clearly better but do not denegrate Denis just to hype Phil alagba. |

snowstormm: yea,he is really playing well there
his departure is a win win..good for him, good for us
but I think he will suffered from bad coaching at Barca..pep didn't coach,he was coached by Tata, vilanova and Enrique.they failed to extract the best from him but he was still a beast Kilode?..Neymar wasn't coached by Vilanova and Enrique extracted the best he could get from Neymar even at the expense of the team self. |
