I need your advice.
1st degree Bsc with transcript available
2nd degree Msc and transcript not available
1st and 2nd degree not related

Current application (Msc bioinformatic related to 2nd degree (Msc with transcript available yet).
My question is, can I apply with my 1st degree not related and make reference to 2nd degree in my SOP?
OR
Can I upload my 2nd degree (highest degree) and upload my 1st degree transcript.

This is not true I made deposits of 1.5m in three phases making 4.5m in all into my account after POF was complete and still got visa within 12 working days(Standard)

A lot of people make the mistake of making deposits into their bank accounts prior to visa application; this action is called "Money Lodgement" which is an express ground for visa refusal: Do not naively commit this violation (by depositing lump sums of money into an account which apparently stands in isolation) for presentation purpose.
Such account does not meet the requirement of an acceptable bank statement so, applying for a visa with it will only give you a definite result, REFUSAL.

Please my sis in law and husband applied for student visa with the hubby as the main applicant.
Their application just reached 15 working days today
Although yesterday they got an email with the following document attached saying their application is successful.

This is unusual as they have not even received the collection email and I know they usually say they don’t send the result of your application online or via phone call. So why was that done in this case.
Also now they don’t know when they will be called for passport collection and whether to go on and book their flight.

Please see below the copy of email received.
Has anyone received something similar to this before receiving collection email?

Please, must each document be named in CAPITAL LETTERS all through?

Instead of paying for assisted service ,organise your documents in PDF preferably named them in CAPITAL letters and upload in right sessions appropriately when submitting application, during your biometrics you will be attended to urgently why others are waiting on queue to have their documents scanned and uploaded.

But they register at TB test centres and pay a reduced fee just that they are not X-rayed,so if you are given info please be explicit before the person will assume he does not need to register them or pay any fee

Wrong information kids under 11 years don't do TB test but you will take them to IOM or any other approved center to issue them certificate.

Kids under that age don't go through x-ray except on a critical health condition that requires it. Immigration isn't one of them.

Everyone does TB test I can only answer this

Does any1 know any RCIC I can talk to for a very strange application timeline?
I got a passport request and a refusal after almost 2 months of waiting for my passport.
The reasons were based on eligibility which I believe should have looked at before even asking me for my medicals and passport.
I have submitted reconsideration request through webform but have not heard from them.
It is just so confusing.

Trust me things are not they way they were before ECO are looking for any excuse to denial dependants visa so better provide everything from on set

Incorrect, there will always be an NSF before refusal.
The ECO will not outrightly deny a Dependant visa. They will request for the statement with specific dates that matches the MA and Dependant's application

In most cases the people that recycled funds will not be able to provide that statement and will CHOP their refusal quickly

In this case it is better to wait and not confuse the ECO with documents not relevant to the dependant for now unless requested for, then they can provide it.

For an MA that has been here for months, I am not expecting a full statement for POF, there should be more invoices to show he has used funds for his maintenances.

Most people that had a refusal for recycling funds never ever say the full story. The ECO has guidance documents to work with

It is better to submit everything at point of application as I have heard of those whose dependants were denied visa due to suspected fund recycling and no NSF mail

There should be evidence of tuition fees paid and receipt from rent, bills(if it is not included) and randomly selected receipts for groceries,clothing, books etc. These should be your evidence if requested for, the MA should scan them duly and should have a cover letter to explain them to the ECO

Only submit it if requested for via NSF
