There is no mrap that is up to 2 million dollars, even the new JLTV that the US army uses is like $400k,our military leadership are just corrupt ni. There are acquiring apc and mraps now though,so let's give them time. An unspecified number of apc has been bought from Czech republic though, dunno the specifics for now.
oga you have no point check what i wrote and what you said . Some apc are up to 2milion dollar

Soldiers should continue moving in Hilux? If you know the number of Ambushes that has occurred this year only, you’ll weep for a week. 60% of military ambushes are not reported on any media.

Four APC convoy can move with obviously 30 soldiers. We use too many Soldiers on open Hiluxes so we can scare the enemy or outnumber our enemies.

The Military should understand that numbers alone might not win this war. We need to protect the lives of our gallant men. We should stop using the yardstick of several Nigerians ready to join the depot as a numerical advantage in warfare.
i agree with all you wrote. But the problem is our internal military company are not up to the task. Another problem is lack of air recon or survilance. . Due to the fall of naria many equipment are now very expensive to procure. . I remember when i was ambush in dikwa it is still new in my brain. Know matter your training ambush is hell to repel.let for watch for over 700 troop carrier the military plan

Hmmmm that road especially from Gajiram to Monguno around these villages Bilimari, Ali Gambari, Bunari, Gassarawa na dead zone and ISWAP crossing areas into Guzamala.

We had an FOB at Bunari that really helped to checkmate these ambushes at that zone, but was collapsed during the Supercamps era.
those buliding along the road should be demonlish it was a very sharp attack

hmmmm,
I doubt they were in an APC when it happened.
Replace all soft skin vehicle with armoured vehicle in the northeast they refuse because of corruption.
upon all dey armored personal carrier wey afghan get talibian disembark them. Oga apc or mrap is very expensive some goes upto 2million dollar. You just can't fill the gap at once when you will surely need air support and other unit of the military to fund. But corruption have play his card

I don't understand what you mean by "very wicked Hausa people" these stereotypes is part of the thing causing alot of bad blood, and creates an atmosphere of seeing a certain people as evil that's why any small thing IPOB will blame Hausa/Fulani people even when most of the criminalities are carried out by them.
That's by the way sha, it will be even better the security agencies step aside let IPOB continue to toe the path of tactlessness, thoughtlessness & self destruction, gradually the people they say they're fighting for are now seeing IPOB for the nuisance they are; there is a certain limit to lawlessness an Igbo man can bear especially when it's starts affecting their businesses they will rise up and violently deal with those miscreants that are making life unbearable for everyone.
Never interrupt your enemies when they're making mistake we saw how MASSOB fissled out, IPOB is on the same route to extinction.

I've always known you to be a very purposeless fellow. Most especially during your days as camp commandant in Calabar NYSC camp. I'll teach you a very bitter lesson in that same Nigerian army wey you dey. Go and ask your kind sikowitz from the army SSC/DSSC recruitment thread and how I bleeped him up. Just be careful with me, drop that 3 star on your chest and respect and give compliments to those you ought to else the results might be nasty. One or two calls to NA HQ Abuja or tradoc Minna and you're a goner.
Nonsense.
oga becareful oo dont think calling NA HQ or minna will do anything without proper investigation .and stop attacking him on this thread if you have a problem with him settle it outside the thread please

Before AFSF SBS has been kicking arse....no other SF unit in Nigeria is better than them.
truely nnsbs have been kicking arse but cannot be compare to afsf. Nnsbs is a body of afsf and you cannot compare a group of sf from different military unit with different traning coming together to nnsbs. But if you rating base on armed force with best sf then nnsbs take the vote.vist dhq and go to special operation department .i think they have more detail

Nobody is talking about North or South you guys should try and read things in the context it was made, what I am saying is that why was it cited in his home state, was the decision to take the facility there a collective one borne out of genuine reasons or just a unilateral imposition these are the issues not North or South. This is to avoid the situation where projects are just carried out in a location solely because Oga is from there, the CDS may decide to setup a "Rainforest" warfare training centre in his village for the Armed forces and if asked why that was so he will now say are there rainforests in the north? Instead of given us reasons why that decision was taking and what goal it tends to achieve. E.g All of us know the idea of building a Tucano base in Niger state makes alot of sense because of proximity to area of operations in the Northeast/Northwest axis; it will look awkward to build such a base in Lagos or Bayelsa.
I think it won't be a bad idea if we cultivate the habit of asking questions/demanding for accountability from public office holders when certain issues arise.
oga do you know that it is not only the CNS that take desicion Before a base or any institution is been created? it will take the permission of the minister of defence and the CDS. inorder for fair justice he took base to both imo and lagos . but i actually understand your point

Where are they?
oga AFSF are still alive an gallant. you can visit the DHQ and go to the special operation forces department. they where majorly use in 2017-early 2019 to overrun strong terrorist base which are very heard for the infantry unit. some of this unit are still in the battle field. i think Arab striker belong to this unit

Another thing vexing me about the military is their defensive posture. They are the reason why they are overstretched. Where they are supposed to launch an offensive against the enemy for a few weeks and neutralize all threats and return to their base, they prefer to set up these stupid camps. The camps and FOBs while reasonable in the northeast because of the territorial ambition of the terrorists isn't reasonable in the northwest because those ones just want to attack and leave. Even for those in the northeast, it will end up being disastrous if they are not supported by assault teams that will be constantly be on offensive.
oga the military setting up fob base is very important to military networking which contain about 5 sub unit. launching attack without enviromental knowledge is very dangerous. i have seen this leading to the death of major battalion in brono
Foreign AffairsRe: Battle Field Discussion (picture/video) Of African Military . by JOSCOFELIX: 7:32am On Sep 13, 2021
The figure about the naf dead toll is not true . Media should stop all this lie. Defending a base close to forest no be small thing oo. More than 12 to 15 bandit was killed. Communication blackout no make us have situation report

Those saying rubbish about the attack on 52 fob be careful.since last two week they have been operation which have made postive result. The military should bulid base to it standard no dey bulid base like this village kitchen

Bro, as for me, I like Josco a lot, and his patriotic nature, but can we start thinking right?
I didn't dispute other things he mentioned in his quote, because they are possible, and most likely to happen.
But my only concern was the 4 submarines and 4 frigates he listed there, you yourself know say he no possible na, reason am na.
We can get the submarines, and frigates, but not in number he mentioned, that's my only concern, nothing else.
i got this from a a guy close to this. he has legit intel on is whatsapp group where i do copy and paste . it is not your fault because it quantity is too high. but it is in the budget presented before senate draft by the former cns

some people say thing because they believe they know thing.but refuse to think. what i post early are legit i have confirm it from my source but the time frame are not the same. the navy stragetic plan from 2021- to 2030 have all list accordingly. remember the armed force trust fund of which 2 billion dollar will be given to the military every year (have not be pass ) will be passed before the end of the year. i know the cost of frigate, destroyer and others , i know the present adminstration cannot fund this but does not change the plan or bought in little quantity. the intel about the airforce will be procure and delivered from now to june next year. the navy martime aircraft be procure and deliver before the end of 2022! mark my word
And please if you qoute me early about the procurement please delete it please
