I have just received information from a very high reliable sources that the FG have agreed to pay 300 naira subsidy for PMS from Dangote refinery.

This is to help reduce the hardship faced by Nigerians.

The NNPC will soon announce a new pump price which will not be more than 450 naira per litre.

I urge Nigerians to be calm and watch out for the great goodnews.

More details coming.
very high reliable source indeed. grin

The main thing is that it has started and has to start from somewhere and gradually spread over the country. Have the mentality that a glass is half full always and you shall progress in life.
unfortunately, such mentality is what makes people never to progress, in Nigeria.

98% of Social Media Fools are not enlightened but frustrated fools. If CNG can substitute about 1 million litres of Desiel and PMS weekly presently, then it is a great success. It conserves Crude oil for other purposes . It reduces pressure on foreign exchange reserves. It preserves the environment.

Why is Dangote Cement new trucks now using CNG instead of Diesel?

NIPCO built a CNG station at IBAFO in Ogun State opposite Mountain Of Fire Prayer City since 2014.

Since July this year till Tuesday this week about 100 DANGOTE CNG TRUCKS have been filled. People are asking me why Dangote Cement is converting to CNG when they have Refinery. I told them I am going to write the reason on nairaland when time comes.

Apart from Dangote, a lot of companies with fleet of trucks are converting to CNG and the fleet of CNG trucks are loading from this CNG station opposite Prayer City beside Rain Oil at IBAFO.

What Tinubu government has done it is only right thinking Nigerians that can appreciate it. The change is very painful but also gainful at the end.

In 2014 up till 2015 when that CNG station was built, I had thought it was a wasted huge investment. Up till 2022, people still don't understand the importance of the Gas Station. Now, everybody knows the reason why the Gas Station was built when they saw Dangote Trucks on queue for CNG .
Can you kindly tell us how man trucks Dangote has, and how many he has safely converted to CNG? Also tell us how many trucks have been converted to CNG, since you're in the know.

Kindly tell us, those trucks that convey tomatoes, pepper, cows, goats, potatoes and the likes from the north, how many have been converted to CNG?

I'm waiting for your reply, my good sir.

Did mtn not start out in capital cities and roll out?
Is it not taking an overly socialist approach where the government pretends that fuel, energy etal can be provided for free that has put us where we are?

Say the cost of a cng skid is 200 million. Where should it go first - a location with over 200 000 cars or a location with 20 cars?

We are finally coming to the reality of limited resources where you cannot deploy everywhere at once
isn't the purpose of the CNG initiativemdant to Cushing the effects of fuel subsidy removal? Liking the CNG initiative to that of communication is a no no, because I can wholeheartedly decide not to use phone and even decide to go old school, by writing letters, can same be said as regard transportation? Or you think one can decide to trek from here to Tambuwal LG?

Our government keep making the same mistake over and over again, sometimes I wonder if they even have brains.

PS: the trucks and vehicles that convey foodstuff and other essential commodities across Nigeria, I'm sure they will run on CNG, no?

There is no business anywhere Rolling out a technology that will focus on rural first.

You will first focus on the high sales area and branch out from there.
You call it business, right? Isn't this suppose to be a means to cushion the effects of the increment associated with the rising cost of things, as it relates to petrol?

You listen to stories like this and you laugh. So, rather than him to report the case to the police, he decided to report to his pastor, who will use his false testimony to deceive people and cash out, while he, who even gave the testimony, will continue to languish. Chai.

Is it every vehicle that will be converted? Won't we still run on fuel?

What is the problem with you folks, where all you do with your life is complain and complain?
Why was this initiative introduced then? If all vehicles aren't suppose to be converted, what will those who still want to run their vehicles on petrol now do?

What is wrong with you also,. Kai!

what good is government policy if it doesn't get to every corner of the country? Or according to you, government policy should only benefit a few?

Want to draw the attention of the public to the fraudulent trick some tomatoes sellers use to defraud their Customers. With this trick, the tomatoe sellers will be able to sell half of whatever quantity they were meant to sell to their Customers. There by, defrauding their Customers of the other half.

this guy just want to create content. How much is that small pale of tomatoes go for? He didn't mention that, he's only focused on how tomato sellers defraud Nigerians, when frankly, I don't see any fraud with what he just explained.

Like how are they suppose to even arrange the tomatoes inside the bowl.

Terminator Zero 8.5/10

Recommended for everyone to watch even the ones who don't like anime but do watch animated movies

This is way better than the other terminator franchise, There were some good unexpected twists and the story was really clear, New and understandable mostly the timeline plot

The series is dark, bloody and sometimes it's has that horror vibe which I don't like tho (not a fan of horror)
How is the time plot understandable?
Politics / Re: Locations Of Government Petrol To CNG Conversion Centres In Lagos This Weekend by joseph1832(m): 6:47am On Sep 13
I see. I'm most curious how the FG or whoever is behind this CNG charade, intend to spread this initiative to the rural areas, because so far, all their concentration seem to be in cities.

I'll start taking the FG serious when I read Sabon Birnin in Sokoto State have CNG buses.

This present government and previous government have always been disillusioned from the realities bedeviling Nigerians.

Very funny set of people.
It's only people who ain't aware of these streamers metrics that would be impressed by that.

The funny or worst part of it is that that 40mn views is actually global views. While HOTD viewership numbers are only published for US alone. Imagine if HBO added the worldwide views for it.
That's not even taking into account Max that is only available in about 70 countries and regions compared to Amazon Prime in over 200 countries and territories. That's an EPIC FAILURE!! 40mn in 11 days in 200+ regions with over 150mn subscribers worldwide. It's laughable.

Make dem dey use vague stats dey make themselves feel good. It has shown Amazon's plan to produce the next Game of Thrones has failed woefully, just as others have tried to do. Going forward it'd be best for Amazon to significantly reduce the budget they waste on the show and focus on other titles that might bring in the crowds cos the audience clearly don't give a shït about this show.
Is Arcane that good? I don't want to bore myself to death downloading something I'll regret.
