You can charge the ps3 pad with a charger or directly from a USB port in a TV or decoder. I didn't try the pad for FIFA 16 but I tried it for 15 and it worked well without mapping so it should be the same for 16.

You are right. The part that annoys me most is when he is in a crowd and leaves the crowd with his speed and at the end nobody in the crowd see's him using his speed or noticed that he disappeared.
