I can see you lack some economical skills. So you think what I am doing is black market transactions? Getting pounds for Naira I have sufficiently enough or trying to get goods I send to Nigeria a crime? You are very funny
What visa are you on pls ?

a rich wouldn’t be bothered about job before studying. Collapse in darkness Mr man. You funny sha.. if you know the countries I have travelled too in this world you won’t mention a word again.
I didn’t say my spouse will work while studying , asking for legitimate work is not a crime but running a black money market is a crime

fumble on... which countries have you been too I haven’t been too? You want me to mention them? You have money to take care of your family ? Really you won’t be asking for how to get job in Uk by deciding which course to study. Keep fumbling mr man.

I would also reiterate this don’t sour my dignity with the words looking for victim. I have done business with people in this thread running into millions of Naira without issue or concern.
Really and you can’t mention your company name , welldone

Not plotting your downfall, I have the money to take care of my family and all for the time the will be in Uk , I have been to countries you have never been to, does me been in Nigeria give you privilege to lie and look for victims ?

I never told u to do business with me. Please mention where I asked you too. I do my job offline and I am happy with it. What’s your problem with that? We have been doing business among ourselves here in this same thread. Lexus and I have transacted up a million deal without meeting each other, Omopapa and I have also transacted deal running into millions without meeting one another so what’s your headache?
I pity who go do business with you cause of people you mention , you lied and lies are not good for business

you guys are bad Belle out here! I am not surprised seeing Nigerians doing trying to bring others down. I don’t know what will backfire at me when I don’t take money from anybody anyhow. All this long talk starter because I asked for ID and the reason I asked for such is because I don’t want it to backfire so that your prayer wouldn’t work. Several people I met out here have helped me with funds transfer severally without any issue and I don’t remember they have any registered business. Please keep your beef to yourself. I have been doing this and keep my game tight on it as I don’t just recieve money from strangers without prove you own the accounts.
Oga no vex , no one is beefing you but we just can’t do business with you , you said you have a company you working for now you can’t remember you company name . Wow enjoy working with people that as been working with you man

two of those you mention we have transacted many times. Like I said I don’t need your ID if your recieving account in Nigeria is the same account I receive money from in Uk. This is a simple thing. I wouldn’t want hackers to send stolen money into my account that’s why I requested for that.
This shows you don’t have a register company you are just do this under ground we all pray it doesn’t back fire on you some day

Getting a job after graduation is usually dependent on how well you sell yourself and your skills in relation to the job applied for so I can't categorically tell you which has more jobs availability after graduation.
What are your key strengths? Where do you have experience in? What would you really like to do after graduation? Will you be able to undergo internships or volunteer in either of the sector to enable you gain some experience which might help prepare you for the UK job market? These will enable you pick the one best suited for you.
Thanks for getting back , it actually my wife , already planning for her to volunteer while studying. I am sure that will go along way to help
Thanks so much , now I know how to plan ahead

I need some help.
I am filling e-dividend forms for my shares and would send scanned copies to the registrars by mail. But the challenge is that I don't know my Bank Account Opening Date. Is this a mandatory field in the forms? Can the forms be processed if this field is left blank?

Guide from any of the experienced people in this forum will be highly appreciated. Thanks for your help

InvestmentRe: What Will You Do If You Have 1 Million Units Of NB Shares Valued At Over N160m by Josh121(m): 9:21am On Aug 13, 2020
emmanuelewumi:
http://www.jarushub.com/re-please-advise-bosun/

I think NB shares are overvalued based on the previous and current earnings and growth potentials of the earnings. If we use the half year result as the basis of our analysis, the company will make an earning per share of about N5.40 at the end of 2013.

That means 1 million shares of the company valued at almost N170 million will earn just N5.4 million and may be a dividend of N3.5 million, less withholding tax of 10% giving us a dividend of N3.15 million. An investor can get better returns from other stocks, money market investment and real estate.

Most corporate executives are emotionally attached to the shares of their companies; therefore they are always reluctant to sell their company’s shares when the need arises. I think Bosun is in similar boat. Our investment decisions should be determined by economic realities and rational analyses rather than emotional attachment.

If I were Bosun, I will sell 90% of my NB shares and raise about N150 million and will be left with just 100,000 units of NB shares.

The N150 million that was realized from the sale of the 90% of my NB shares will now be diversified by investing N40 million in real estate that will generate about N3 million as rental income. Another N10 million will be invested in acres of land at either Agbara/Igbesa, Mowe/Ibafo or Epe axis. The acres will be divided into plots and resold for a profit margin of 20% to 25%.

N10 million will be invested in treasury bills and another N10 million will be used in setting up a company. The company will supply raw materials and commodities like maize, millet, barley, sorghum etc to companies in the brewery industry. My experience in the procurement department in a brewery company will come to play in this venture. The company will be managed by a trusted partner.
This is what I wanted to ask you about , your advice as always been on point , I remember when you once told me to go buy landed property and leave oando in 2014 , I just want to ask if there is any area you feel one can get good landed property in arces not too far from Lagos
