Are you sure of all this cause Gov.Uk does not list course to study and there is nothing like 1 year when it comes to PSW

The rate from what I see is 330 and few kobos , I multiply the figure by the naira amount I have it gives me the expected amount in CAD I now divide my value in naira by the CAD equivalent I got before.

This totally depends on you though..

You can apply as a family since you have kids, but the chances are slim..

You can apply alone, get to Canada and apply for spousal permit for your Wife and Visiting Visa for your Kids... You have more chances of approval with this, and this is what most married couples in this thread do..

I can see you have assets in your Home country and also you are financially okay.. So it will make sense to apply alone and use your family members as strong home ties and also you can state in your SOP/LOE that your Wife will be managing your properties while you are away in Canada studying..... And when you get to Canada and you have your Study Permit, your SIN and other vital documents, you can then apply for spousal permit fo ryour Wife and Visiting Visa for your Kids to come join you...

If you package your application well and also choose a course that is closely related to your Work experience, I see you getting your Visa...

The bank is telling you what to do but you are forcing them to give you informations that they can’t, call your bank, that was the first thing you should have done and get the account you paid to bar from conducting transactions till your money is refunded. That can’t be done if you don’t provide evidence of the transaction

I need an advise urgently here. I have paid for an apartment for me and my family and rent has started to count meanwhile we are still here waiting for the visa and passport. I had thought we would get decision by 10th of September based on priority but now nothing nothing.
What are the options? Can I ask the landlord to suspend the rent counting for now? How do you think that could play out. I am also wary of the losing the apartment I know the kind work done to get the place. The rent has started to count from last week

They money can stay in your account more than 31 days, the 31 days count the moment you print your statement , you most use it to apply for visa before 31 days or you will have to reprint a new one
