Just tell him to do kegel exercises its very easy as it can be done anywhere and at anytime it's mostly done by women who are pregnant but men do it also,it will help in tightening he's pelvic floor muscles once he's good at the exercise he should be able to control he's erection and pre-mature ejaculation.
