Yes you can use your PGC/PGD from fanshawe college to get admission into a masters program.

I also paid through flywire, had the same problem when trying to pay, the bank said no 3rd party, so I contacted the school and I was told they don't give out there bank details for security reasons, my brother ended up paying through flywire from paris, and the school got it in few days, and immediately I got an official receipt from the school. Goodluck.

I got admission from same college and my payment was made through flywire which I paid through my gtb bank.I will advice you to print the payment instruction from flywire along side your admission letter and take it to your bank.I had few challenges too because my banker said that cbn instructed them not to pay any 3rd party but directly to the school but i pointed to my admission letter where the college stated that payment should be made through fly wire and my banker agreed.
The college received my payment after 1week of filling the form A.Go back to your bank and make them understand this.

- copy of her passport and all here UK & US visas and immigration stamps
- copy of her business receipts (source of funds evidence)

SIS
- Sis SOA (3m plus) - 8 months statement
- High court sworn affidavit of support of 10,000 CAD for living expenses
- A letter of sponsorship from sis why she is willing to pay tuition
- Her NPC birth certificate to show relationship
- copy of her passport and all here UK visit & study visa, US & Schengen visas and immigration stamps
- copy of contract agreement (sources of funds evidence)
