ekpotek:
Sorry I am not familiar with Tier 2. However, common sense should suffice here. Why support your application with a document that will expire next month? What does it take to get a new TB certificate. I believed that this certificate is not only for the application but must also be valid at point of entry into the UK.
Thanks for your response Ekpotek. I read from the immigration rules that applicant should submit a valid tuberculosis certificate at the time of application. That is why I asked if it can be used once it has not expired. Please see the content of the rules as attached

Good morning everyone. Please I need your advice. I applied for a tier 2 visa and was refused few months back. I want to reapply now but my tuberculosis test certificate will expire on February 10, 2018. Please do I have to do another one or I can submit my application with the current certificate once it is still valid? Justwise, Ekpotek and all other gurus please respond

Thank you justwise. Did you mean I should write my own surname for her or her maiden name on her passport?

Thanks a lot @ Justwise and ekpotek. Please I want to ask another question. In the section where they asked about spouse details. My wife's passport contains her maiden name as her surname because she got the passport before we got married. The surname I am going to write for her must it be the one on that passport or my own surname once we are married. Though she is not going with me but seems there is a space for her passport number on that form. Thanks.

TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by jossyking10: 7:08am On Apr 26, 2017
Justwise. Accommodation and feeding will be sorted by my cousin whom am going to stay with. Both of them live in same city. And she will send me tenancy agreement and utility bills. And please can my brother send three months of his bank statement to me or must it be 6 months? Thanks for your response.
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by jossyking10: 4:35pm On Apr 25, 2017
Justwise what am saying is this. My account balance is N756000 and the to total budget is £750-800 out of which my brother in UK is ready to support me with £250. So the total cost to me personally will be like £550. That is spending over 200k out of the N756000 in my account. Can my brother send 3months bank statement of his from the UK and a letter to that effect. I honestly wish to attend his graduation because we are very close. And he too attended my graduation when I finished from University of Wolverhampton.

God bless you real good. Please can I make the total amount available for the trip to be £800 instead of it to be £750 inorder to have £50 extra? Is my immigration history going to count as I studied in UK till 2012. Thanks.

Thank you ekpotek. God bless you. Please help me to answer the following questions as asked on the form if my brother agrees to give me £250 and I will put £500 as my flight which i will pay myself. I also came back from UK 5 years ago as a student.

1) What is tge cost to you personally for your trip?
2) Total amount of money you have for this trip? Should this be the addition of d money I want to pay myself and the £250 my brother want to give me?
3) What should I write in the space that says ' WHY IS MY BROTHER PAYING PART OF MY TRIP?

Please enlighten me more on this because I do read on this forum that we can still spend 2 months of d salary or a little above that. If am going to pay everything myself that £750 does not exceed my 2 months salary. Thanks.

Ok. But please can I say my brother that is going to do the convocation will pay for my flight or I should say he will give me money for living expenses while in the UK? Please which one can I say he will pay for on my behalf. Should I say flight or living expenses. If that is the case please what are the things he need to send as a proof that he can afford it. Thank you.

Thanks for your response. But please is the 150k my net salary okay to show to the ECO? My account balance is 756k and I intend to put my flight for £500 and other expenses to be £250 for 2 weeks but the feeding and accommodation are not going to be included as I will look elsewhere to get the accommodation document. Am married with no kids yet. Thanks. Justwise & co Please respond

Good afternoon justwise & co. Please I have a question to ask. My brother is having his convocation soon in the UK. He married a briton and both of them are living in 1-bedroom flat. Can he give me accommodation document. I mean can he send me his tenancy agreement and utility bills that am going to stay with them and be responsible for feeding and my accommodation? I was once a student in the UK and working in Nigeria now with net pay of 150k monthly. Thanks.

Good morning house. Please I want to ask a question here. Is it possible for the UK embassy to know if someone had been denied a US visa? Thanks
