babymine's data issue was resolved earlier today. After checking data usage and discovering that not much has been used, we found that it was just mtn network issues at the time preventing her from seeing her data balance. And she hadn't even used up to 20mb of the data she bought from me! Thank you, babymine, for sending me all the necessary screenshots and patiently going through all the checks with me .
