I went for the interview , I was surprised when I was the only lady with close to 12 men there , I was forced to ask a guy beside me if the interview was for an inventory manager and he said yes , still kept my calm , just observing , but thank God after some time a lady joined us , in my mind I was like thank God. When I got in for the interview I was asked to introduced myself by the HR lady , I did , she said Oh darling , I am happy about your courage , but will need a man for the job , who would be able to carry heavy irons , in my mind I was like wow, this is not for me mehn , and she said don't worry would keep your CV and send to a friend I think you would fit in for an operation Manager and she signed on my CV. That was it . Thanks to the bro who gave me his seat , why I was standing , you are indeed a man , God bless.

there are 5 status when results are released:

1. recommended
2. not recommended
3. not qualified
4. step down
5. not set

from these, recommended is 99% sure of admission
not recommended - if above 40% with some strategies can come in via supplementary list
not set will result to any of the 4 status above.

Not qualified is an eligibility problem. The person in question passed the exams and even beats the cut off marks
but he is not eligible for the course - in summary, the person has wasted his money and time.

I wrote in details on all the available status. I also stated what and what you need to do next.

'Not recommended' means you didn't pass the cut off set for that programme, hence you were not recommended for the programme. While 'not qualified' means you were not qualified for the programme you applied for. For example, you applied with an Hnd for some masters programme or you applied for a programme different from what you studied for your first degree.
