In this post I will be explaining the importance of using social media for your business, the need for followers and how to get followers on social media. It doesn’t matter the type of business you run, be it a small business, if your business is not on social media then you are missing out on the opportunity to reach a whole lot of people. With cheap and effective marketing tools available, social media platforms help you reach your customers easily, increase brand awareness and also boost sales. There are a number of factors that affect the success of your social media marketing. Some of which include; Quality of posts, captions, amount of engagement on your posts, timing ,consistency and of course number of followers. Some might argue that number of followers does not really matter but I beg to differ. A business with 10k followers is likely to make more sales in a week than one with 1k followers. Since you are trying to sell a product or service the more followers you have the more exposure your brand/business gets.
