i live in Owerri. The state capital is in a sorry state. All the China road Road Rochas build had been washed away by rain. Rochas is taking the state backwards. His free Education is a fraud and most lands in the state allocated to his family members. I hope Buhari is watching him cos the level of corruption in that state no get part 2 |
