But the issue is, nothing is loading or working.
What am I supposed to do next?
Accept admission? Is there a time frame?

Well, I was at the Ikeja office May 2022 and I met a guy who had been coming since November 2021 for DOB correction.
He was so angry when the NIMC officer gave him another 4 weeks to check back.

For me, they gave me 8weeks(2 months) to check back. It's 7 weeks already and nothing has changed.

If you choose to go through this route, you'll have to brace yourself. It's not gonna be smooth except if you do it the naija way.

1. Is it true that 6 years and above limit is difficult to change(e.g 1993 to 1998)?
2. If it is possible, how long is it going to take?
3. Can it be done by proxy?
4. Does age modifications requires thumb print of the applicant
5. I don't have WAEC result. My NECO result is not displaying any age. Can it be used?
6. Can the new voter's card issued with age but no day and month be used as supporting document?

So What happens next? Do you mean I will have to accept a wrong age forever? Honestly I don't know why people keep saying it's impossible. There has to be a way out.

I have the same issue and I have been hearing different things. I am just tired.

Thank you! I will just be patient with my NIN data modification process. I'll begin my int'l passport application once my name has been successfully corrected.

What you have on your NIN is what you get. if you want something different, you'll need to do a name modification on your NIN profile before applying for your passport. If the names on your NIN don't match that on your passport application, there's a 99.99% chance your application will be rejected.
You'll need an affidavit and your remitta receipt

The name on my NIN is "Ajayi Daniel Yinka" but I'd like the name on my international passport to be "Ajayi Olayinka Daniel" so it can be consistent with my other documents (especially my academic docs).

Though I was at the NIMC office today at Alausa and I was told that it'd take about 3-4 weeks to effect the correction.

Is it important that i rearrange my name on the NIN slip before going to apply for my int'l passport? Or can i just go on to apply for my int'l passport and later rearrange my name on the NIN slip?
