@Dfaz, i was interviewd for the position of assistant direct sales manager. It's the normal interview questions lik; tell us about yourself, i was asked how i plan to lead a team as well. It was a 5mins interview. Pls beware of "tell us about yourself question". Make sure u know the roles of what u are being interviewed for. Goodluck.
