Enugu IPAC Chairman suspended

The Executive Committee of the Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC), Enugu State yesterday suspended the Chairman, Barr Ken Ikeh over allegations of gross violations of the Code of Conduct for Political Parties 2019 and sundry acts of financial impropriety.

Other reasons given for his suspension include usurpation of functions of the Secretary, Treasurer and other officers of the Organization, conducting the correspondences of the organization to the exclusion of the Secretary, and managing the finances of the organization to the exclusion of the Treasurer.

The suspension, according to the release made by the Secretary is to allow for unbiased investigation into the very weighty allegations of gross violations of the Code of Conduct levied against the Chairman.

Meanwhile, the Acting Chairman, Hon. Princess Ifunanya Chukwu in a press statement today had accepted her appointment and promised to rebuild, rebrand and reposition IPAC Enugu State to meet its objectives of promoting inter party dialogue and cooperation.

Where is the 320 million naira Released By Enugu State Govt. By CNPP

The leadership of CNPP Enugu State hereby request for accountability of the sum of 320 million naira recently released by His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Dr. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, the Executive Governor of Enugu State to check the spread of the deadly coronavirus in the state.

Rising from their emergency executive meeting in Enugu, the leadership of the body said they are worried by the attitude of some local government chairmen who have shown little or no visible effort in readiness of any brake out of the deadly virus.

Speaking thru their state Chairman, Chief Adonis Igwe JP, the CNPP body frowned at the attitude of some local government chairmen and some officials who have not made any donation to hospitals and health centres than buying buckets and doing eye service and warn that such attitude will spell doom for the state if not checked and pro active measure taken and advise them to desist from cosmetic approach to this serious issue at hand hence it concern life and according the body, CNPP dont want to loose any soul in the state as it is the responsibility of the leadership of CNPP to see to adequate implementation of government policy and improve the lives of every human as sworn in the oath of office.

In a statement signed by Chief Igwe JP, the body advise that appropriate measure should be taking like equipping and repositioning our various health centres and hospitals in the rural areas in readiness for any out brake of the virus in the various local government areas in the state.

Is important that we try as much as possible to protect our health workers by equipping them with protective gears and creating some level of good and safety atmosphere that will motivate them to take care of the victims.

The body warn that is not only about sharing money to town union for sensitization and buying of tap buckets and hand sanitizers for the few, in fact we are shocked that no local government in the state has sponsored any radio program in respect to this, being that radio is one of the cheapest means of communication. This is despite the millions of naira shared to the local government chairmen for this reason.

So CNPP is asking all the relevant agencies and officials to sit up to their responsibilities as this virus knows no face when it want to attack. And advise them to think on the direction of equipping the health centres and hospitals. The body wonders why the nurses at ESUT TEACHING HOSPITAL were protesting if actually their demands were met in terms of their safety and advise all the relevant agencies to do the needful.

According to the body, from the information at our disposal, it really very unfortunate that some market leaders in collaboration with local government chairmen, are now exhorting up to N2000 from people to enable them open their shops. Our intelligent gatherings shows that this is taking place in some local government espsocially Nsukka local government area. The body warns any local government chairman partaking in this shameful and wicked dealing to desist or face the wrath of CNPP.

Also, the body berate the attitude of some security agencies and task force enforcing the coronavirus policy on motorists and shop owners and warned that this is not a time for extortion and brutality on anyone as the entire world is feeling the heat of the economic situation. The body therefore call on state commissioner of police to call his men to order and stop making life more difficult for the motorists by way of extortion.

Chief Igwe who said he is worried that the just announced federal government conditional cash transfer to the vulnerable is yet to get to the people of the state and call upon the federal government to please expedite action before another pandemic called starvation brake out in view of the lock down.

Before now, millions of people across Nigeria and other African Countries are starving and forced to live a life in the absence of basic amenities. They are dying every minute of curable diseases, they do not have food, clothes, and homes to live safe and healthy even though they are struggle on daily bases and a human government not animal ask this same people to sit at home for days if not weeks without any reasonable palliative measure in place to cushion the effect of this sit at home, simply because they hear other leaders asking their people to sit at home. This is a society which the greater percent of their citizens are survival on daily struggle. What a government we have in African. Ordinarily any right thinking person will be forced to ask if we are being ruled by animals or human beings. Who is formulating policy for these beasts.

So Dangote and the likes can donate such huge money to respond to emergency like this as if the coronavirus is worse than the extreme poverty and other diseases ravaging the continent for decades. It is interesting to know that their recent action is simply because the coronavirus seems like the virus for the rich. Because for decades, extreme poverty, deprivation and crises have been ravaging this continent and these are not natural occurrence but it is these same bourgeois whose societal concerns are the value of their property and the preservation of capital to ensure the perpetuation of their economic supremacy in society.

Don't get me wrong. We not an enemy of the so called rich but am a die hard opposition to exploitative tendencies and unjust policy especially when it affect the poor. Because before now, none of these recent philanthropist have deems it necessary to come together or join forces like this to see to the end of extreme poverty and diseases in Africa or take step to renovate primary and secondary schools in the country or build one of the state of the art hospitals across the 36 states in Nigeria, not even an industry for our teaming youth but they are now gathering in numbers, raising billions to curtail the spread of the deadly virus simply because it affects them. Very selfish deadly merchants.

To them, the poor are lazy and their wealth is as result of their own innovation and hard work, but unfortunate we know the source of so called wealth. They are the cause of the poverty in Africa. They sabotaged every sound policy of the government for their selfish agenda. They wouldn't mind starving entire community or throwing entire nation into war thru their wicked and exploitative policies backed by their cronies in the government and outside the shores of Africa to hold unto power or remain on top economically.

In your ignorance and wickedness, you ask Nigerians to sit at home, without asking them how they will feed themselves and their families simply because you have looted more than enough to squander. You locked down the state and close down markets, with price of basic goods skyrocketing and you sit down in your comfort houses without minding the resultant effect of your stupid policy. Check your senses.

Is important we remind you all of the adage that says "A child who will not let his mother sleep will also have no peace." As a government, your primary responsibility is the welfare of your people. Nigerians are not asking you to feed them but all they are asking is just a space to struggle on their own.

While other leaders across the world are busy scrambling for right policy to cushion the effect of the lock down, sanitizing their environment and building new facilities for quick medical test for the coronavirus, all our governors can do is shut down their close their market meant for the poor masses and shut their borders and go to sleep. A complete show of lack of idea and reflection of gross ineptitude on the side our rulers. African leadership from president to counsellor is a disgrace to humanity.

To all the ministers and the looters of our common wealth, may you never escape this deadly virus. May your stinking body be taking to that very hospital you failed to equip. May you find no space to be admitted in that hospital you refuse to build and may that your useless stolen wealth refuse to save you from this deadly virus.

To the western countries who made sure they crippled the development of Africa, we pray that their economy cripple to zero as a result of the devastation from the coronavirus. May the anger of God be upon their leaders involve in the wicked policy against the growth and development of Africa.

To our rulers, is time to learn and rethink your actions against the poor masses. In the face of current events in the global community, Africa Nations and Nigeria in particular cannot afford to lag-behind in addressing the issue of this deadly disease called coronavirus.

But what do we see here in Africa, a government that presents to her people the option of being killed by the coronavirus or starvation. An insensitive and mayopic administractive with their stupid policies that impoverish the poor the more. I pray the anger of God never depart from your household.

As Nigeria wait patiently to hear their president address them, and one wonder what they expect to hear from a government that is proud to give their citizens less than $28 as start up.

Finally, like other numerous failed policy of our governments, this sit at home will still fail because real men will prefer to risk contacting the virus than sit at home and watch his family languish in starvation.

Proud to be an African but ashamed to have these idiots dictate my living.

CNPP Applaud Gov. Ugwuanyi's Policy Approach On coronavirus.

The healthy wellbeing of a people is doubtlessly a basic human right, guaranteed by the constitutions of their countries, and the healthy wellbeing of a people is hinged on the amounts of funds committed to public health by the government, Many thank to his excellency, the executive governor of Enugu state for timely and quick intervention to check the deadly spread of coronavirus and make sure that the people of Enugu state is safe from the deadly virus.

The Conference of Nigeria Political Parties, Enugu state express deep appreciation to the executive governor of the state for approving huge fund and putting every necessary machineries in place to protect the people of Enugu State from the deadly coronavirus and other ailment.

Speaking to the press in office, Chief Adonis Igwe JP remarked that is only Gov. Ugwuanyi whose love for the people of Enugu State is inestimable, can take such a proactive measure to protect his people. Chief Igwe noted that the approval of more than 300 million naira to fight the coronavirus with other well designed program to check the deadly virus are such gigantic steps. According to the state CNPP boss, with this steps taken so far by the state government, Ugwuanyi again has shown that he is not just a leader worthy of commendation, he is partner in progress.

Speaking further, Chief Igwe warn that no one should temper with the approved fund by the state government and advised the state commissioner for Health and other health workers and all those involved in the disbursement of the approved fund and execution of the sound policy of the governor on coronavirus to be up and doing and not to disappoint the people of the state especially resorting to fire brigade approach or medicine after death in the case of any health eventuality.

He stated that the governor being a human being cannot be everywhere at same time or do the entire work to see to the realization of the expected success, therefore is the responsibility of all those involved to see that the governor's effort is not jeopardized.

The leadership of the state CNPP advise the people of the state to try on their own to take some precautionary measures towards protecting themselves and report any suspicious case of coronavirus and make themselves available to the nearest hospital for quick intervention.

The leadership noted that is important everyone practice healthy hygiene and support the effort of the state government so that this sound policy of the state government on the coronavirus is successful.

GDPN Call for Total Cancellation of the just Concluded Local Government Election in Enugu state

The chairmanship candidate of the party Hon. Nnamdi Omeje has called for total cancellation of the purported local government election insisting that the elections did not meet the requirements of the Electoral Act and fall short of any standard in election any where in the world.

According to the leadership of the party, "having reviewed all the field reports from its unit agents who participated in the chairmanship and Counselorship election of 29th February 2020 in Enugu state, we hereby states as follows:

1. That the elections purported to have been held in the state on the aforementioned date should be cancelled outright for the following reasons:

A. That the election was marred by irregularities and ballot box snatching including diversion of electoral materials like never seen in the history of election in the state.

B. That the ruling party (PDP) took the ballot boxes, ballot papers and result sheets in Alor-uno ward to an unknown destination which I later learnt they went to the Sacred Adada House to doctor the result and later came out to give some agent result sheets without counting the ballot sheets. And this was executed by PDP toggs including presiding officers who are card carrying members of PDP with the backing of ENSIEC staff.

C. That a forensic examination will reveal multiple thump prints of unassuming proportion.

2. That given the above grounds, the purported elections be cancelled and a new date set for fresh local government elections in the state.

Speaking to press on sunday after the ENSIEC announced the result Hon. Omeje Nnamdi who was angered by the actions of the state electoral body and their collaborators wondered why PDP in the state could go as far as desecrating The Sacred Adada House by using the building as a centre for election rigging and thump printing. The PDP in Nsukka must first apologise to the people of Adada for such abomination and must take the full responsibility of purifying such a sacred building.

According the candidate who is also a well known and grounded in the politics of the state assured his teaming supporters that the mandate must be reclaim as he is pilling up all the ground braking evidence gathered in the election to unleash legal battle with PDP and ENSIEC. According to him, the party, has gathered enough evidence that will be used in the court to cancel the election. We have all the evidence required to cancelled the election and very soon we will meet them in the court. He noted that the circumstances surrounding the conduct of the election are too disturbing to be swept under the carpet.

Hon. Omeje called on the good people of Enugu state, the labor union, market union and other lovers of democracy to speak up because what happened in Nsukka and other places in the state on 29th february cannot be allowed to continue because posterity will judge us all if we allow it.

In his words, I thanked all our supporters who came out and voted for us and may God bless you all. He ended by saying that his party will soon file a legal suit to challenge the conduct of the election while urging his supporters to be law abiding.

Only Justice in the court will save the stage.

The Enugu state leadership of United Patriots (UP) is leaving no stone unturned as they gather multiple evidence in preparation for legal suit challenging the just concluded Enugu state local government election.

In a press briefing yesterday, the leadership of the party who dissociated themselves from the press briefing issued by CRPP in the state; called on ENSIEC to immediately cancel what it described as sham election, stating that the election is a total embarrassment to the sensibility of the people of Enugu State.

The state Chairman of the party, Hon. Michael Ndubuisi queried the integrity of the state electoral body (ENSIEC) and condemn their shameful attitude and wonder how and where they manufactured the result they announced.

When asked if the party have sufficient evidence to convince the court to cancel the election, Hon. Ndubuisi stated that the party is in possession of extremely damning evidence to persecute the case in the court and warn that the declared candidates shouldn't celebrate because the outcome of the suit will shock the entire state.

Briefing the press with his Lawyer, Hon. Ndubuisi stated that no society in the world will accept what happened in Enugu state on the 29th February 2020 called election, noting that it fall short of any standard you may describe it.

According him, is so shameful, abysmal and unethical to see how ENSIEC staff Colluded with the state PDP to defraud the good people of Enugu State and pointed out that the election will never stand.

The Chairman who also received his supporters and candidates in his office thanked them for standing up against what he called daylight robbery and the fraud called local government election in the state and urged his supporters to be law abiding while assuring them of justice.

Responding to him, one of the candidates appreciated him for providing the right leadership and needed support to the party and assured him of their undiluted loyalty and stated that the evidence in their possession are more than enough to cancel the election.

According to the party, the election is a disappointment and a total failure on the side of the state electoral body. He also added that the election is a huge assault on the people of the state and cannot be describe as election in any statue and fall short of any standard.

UNITED PATRIOTS: THE ONLY VEHICLE TO THE TREE OF GOOD GOVERNANCE.

Over the last two decades, the major political parties in Nigeria have drifted away from using their opportunity of being into power to improve the lives of the poor and the needy in the country.

Rising from an emergency meeting this afternoon in Enugu, a group of political parties have suspended 11 (Eleven) party chairmen in the state for gross violation of IPAC code of conduct. The meeting attended by tens of political parties immediately appointed Caretaker committee pending when a new election will be conducted.

According to the P.R.O of the state IPAC who is also the secretary of the Caretaker Committee, the Committee is composed of 3-man Team with Fellow Martins Chiedozie of JMPP as the Chairman, and Arinze Nnanna of NDCP as Secretary. The body also appointed Nzekwe Onyekachukwu Emmanuel of DPP as Treasurer.

The well attended meeting warned the general public to take note and desist from dealing with the suspended party chairmen and warned that anybody doing so is at his or her own risk.

The body frowned at the attitude and activities of the state Residence Electoral Commission Mr. Emeka Ononamadu, and requested the INEC headquarters to within 2 weeks remove the commissioner from the state noting that he has outlived his usefulness in the state.

The state IPAC body wondered how the state REC will disobey a court order that instructed INEC not to de-register any political party but the state REC went ahead and start conducting himself in a manner that is in conflict with his position as state REC. They criticized the attitude the State REC Mr. Emeka Onumanu whose conduct right from the day INEC headquartered issued the release of the purported de-registeration of political parties is questionable. His utterances showed that he is biased and incompetent to carry on as the state Residence Electoral Commissioner and cannot be trusted.

According to the group, the conduct of the REC couldn't be more inappropriate in revelation of his unconscious bias, at a time when we are experiencing lack of trust on the part of INEC, political polarization divisiveness and political discord in the country.

SUPERNATURAL ENTHRONEMENT WITHOUT ELECTION: GREATEST POLITICAL TRANSFORMATION FROM DARKNESS TO LIGHT, FROM TEMPORAL TO GOD'S ETERNAL PLAN FOR NIGERIA

*For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.*

Today's weekly heavenly message is about the sources of consolation and support which *Justice Must Prevail Party (JMPP)* and its teaming memberships had in their many trials. The trials which JMPP endured, to many observers would have seemed to be anything else but light. They consisted of want, and danger, and contempt, and toil, and weariness, poverty of funds and the scorn of the world, and even exposure to death by the sledge hammer of INEC.

Yet these trials, even for our great nation NIGERIA though continued through 60 years of Nigeria's independence, during which we have been operating God's temporary plan of democracy, in captiviy, shedding the blood of the innocent, involvement in occultism as a prerequisite for leadership positions, ritual killings, murders, assassinations, kidnappings for ransom, corruption and lawlessness under the spiritual bondage of Great Britain - but all of which have come to the end of its era. Now, we are moving from darkness to light, from temporary plan (democracy) to theocracy, God's eternal plan.

Though trials had followed *JMPP ever since its founding by Almighty God in a revelation to His annointed servant, Apostle Sunday Chukwu-Eguzolugo in the house of his Muslim friend in Kaoje Kebbi State in 2010, to manifest the new kingdom of heaven on earth*, yet all this was a momentary trifle when compared with the eternal glory before the party in 2020, year of TRIUMPHANT ENTHRONEMENT OF SAINTS IN DOMINION OVER NATIONS.

*While we aim not at democracy and the things which are seen*; do not make them our object; are not striving to obtain them; for they are not worthy the pursuit of an immortal spirit, because they are seen; they are objects to which the natural eye can reach; and they are temporary; they are to have a short duration, and must have an end. But *theocracy and things which we make our scope and aim are not seen*; they are spiritual, and therefore invisible to the eye of the body; and besides, they are eternal - things that are permanent; that can have no end; they are things which belong to God; *holiness, through the purging, purifying and refinement powers of the deadly covenant of Twelve Pillars of Oath of integrity that kills if violated* to do good works with zero tolerance to corruption, always returning with happiness and joyfulness. As a mission, we shall teach the world how to engage in the endless communication with Almighty God through acts of *worshipping Him on earth upon mount Zion, as it is done in heaven, bowing down and falling on our knees and in prostrate, facing the direction of His throne in heaven, on the side of the North where God is known in His palaces for our refuge, and fruition of Himself.*

We must therefore, continue to look to God. These light afflictions, which are but for a moment, work for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory. *That which the eyes of the flesh are capable of perceiving is not worthy of a soul capable of possessing Godly inheritance. Nothing which is of a perishable nature can be the chief good of a being that was made for eternity! And that is our new identity.* CONGRATULATIONS!

When Wisdom Meet Morality: The New Face of Enugu State IPAC.

Wisdom they say is purified by morality, and morality is purified by wisdom: where one is, the other is, the moral man has wisdom and the wise man has morality, and the combination of morality and wisdom is the peak of right leadership. Bar. Ken Ike, the Enugu State Chairman of Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) is changing the narratives of the council in the state.

The last election of December 3rd 2019 by the Inter - Party Advisory Council in Enugu State have come and gone and a new brand executives are running the affairs of the council with the chairman Bar. Ken Ike showing a good trait of a leader that has what it takes to give a new meaning to how to ensure that the collective interest of the opposition parties are properly addressed with almost every party chairman commending his unique and responsive leadership style.

Today there is a kind of good rapport amongst the opposition parties in the state and what hitherto was every body for himself have seen a bridge builder in the Bar. Ken Ike's leadership. His humility, wisdom and great sense of value in managing the divided council before his assumption of office have made it possible for all the aggrieved parties in the last administration to lay down their differences in support of his administration, to the extent that some candidates who earlier petitioned the IPAC leadership on the conduct of the council's election are writing to withdraw their petition courtesy of Bar. Ike's guiding principles which one of them is to ensure that due process is followed no matter whose ox is gored.

In his words after the election Bar. Ken noted that this is a time for a synergy of pupose and defined direction that will give every member of the council the opportunity to contribute to the peace that has been the hall mark of the administration of Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi. Today this declaration has not only metamophosed into a united, progressive and orderly Enugu State IPAC, Bar. Ike is restoring the core value of Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) like never seen in the history of the council in the state.

It is for the first time in the state council that its leadership has consistently been open minded and ensuring that every member is carried along in the scheme of things. Coming by the way he has started. Enugu State IPAC will indeed move to a new level.

United Patriots Fume on INEC De-registeration of Political Parties.

In a release titled: De-registeration of Political Party: An Agency That Can't Keep It Rule has No Place In Our Democracy which was signed by the Enugu state Chairman of United Patriots.

"No man of what state or condition he be, shall be put out of his lands or tenements nor taken, nor disinherited, nor put to death, without he be brought to answer by due"

The above quotes is a clause 39 of Magna Carta in England. This is reference to due process which first appeared in a statutory rendition of clause 39 depicting the important of following a due process by agencies of the government. It's based on principles of "fundamental fairness".

Nigerians especially political actors were shocked on the announcement of the purported De-registration of 74 political parties. This unlawful De-registeration of parties shouldn't come as a surprise to us especially to anyone who is following the continuous flagrant disregard of rule of law and due process by this administration.

People act like people. Human nature and the experience of life tells us that people make false
accusations and use their power to satisfy their personal desires.

Speaking to Newsmen in Enugu, the state Chairman of United Patriots (UP), Hon. Michael Ndubuisi pointed out that is really difficult to explain how INEC even de-register political parties that were registered few months ago on the ground that they failed to meet constitutional requirements that determine the continuous existence of the said political parties in the country. This is a total reflection of an electoral body who is even ignorant of their own rules.

Hon. Ndubuisi who is also doubled as the state Treasurer of CNPP, Enugu State condemn in totality the attitude of INEC and warn that the continue disregard of due process in this country may lead to serious anarchy which will do no one any imagine good. He wonders what will be the situation in Edo State election and not to talk of the Enugu state local government election where parties already filed their candidates for the local government poll coming up February 29th, 2020.

According him, INEC could have waited for the said political parties to test their popularity in the 774 local government areas in Nigeria before hitting the parties with a sledge hammer is a total disregard to the rule of the law. No notice was issued, and I asked why is in a such a hurry to deregister political after mandatory unrefundable deposit of 1 million naira which to me is like a scam but so bad is coming from such a sensitive government agency like INEC, he said.

He maintain that the only way to achieve a lasting peace and development in the country is strict adherent to the rule of law and due process as set out by the law of the land and therefore appealed to INEC to quickly reverse the decision while advising all the affected parties to seek redress Through legal means and avoid any act that may heighten tension or loss of life and property. He reinstated his party's commitment to its aims and objectives which is to elect patriotic leaders that will transform the country for good. He warned INEC not to attract the anger of Nigerians as it will be discouraging to see constituted authority like INEC to begin to act like is dancing to the tune of a music being played someone where I don't know. He added that at the end, the will of God will come to be and no man can stop it.

JUSTICE MUST PREVAIL PARTY - A REJECT THAT BECAME LEADER AND CORNERSTONE

On 6th February 2020, a release from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) announced the deregisteration of Justice Must Prevail Party (JMPP) among 74 mostly newly registered political parties. We are convinced that the decision of INEC was arbitrary and did not follow due process of law. All that we are supposed to do as a party were all fulfilled.

We shall watch to see the end because it's not a game of man. It's a game of the Lord Almighty God so we shall not be disturbed by the physical happenings. The birth of a new theocratic era is not in the hands of a man, it's in the hand of God. Many prophesies have gone forth in our favour as a party and as a nation in the past. As such, we are not at the mercy of INEC. None of us should be discouraged by this development because after all is said and done, the five stones that the LORD has revealed shall emerge.

*The selection of political parties is not the problem of NIGERIA but what's about to happen*. We shall soon see the emergence of four earthly and one heavenly political parties totalling 5 parties. *2019 General Election is about democracy and the fulfillment of the prophesy of the third force for JMPP haven scored the third largest number of 689 nominees for the election, following closely after PDP which had the highest and APC which came second. However, 2020 General Election is about theocracy. If the battle is of men, we would feel dejected but the battle is of the Almighty God. For Him to have shown us all these things in dreams and visions, He's not a man that He should lie, many of us are witnesses and His plan is gone beyond doubt.

JMPP has been divinely prepared from the foundation of the earth to midwife the birth of a new nation NIGERIA*. The hope of the nation that has been given to us is something neither human intelligence nor intellectual can work out. We in JMPP are not looking at what is temporal but what is eternal. JMPP is eternal, and holds the eternal plan of God for NIGERIA, the key of the nation and His new kingdom. *There's no way God will use an earthly party for His kingdom, so we shall keep doing what we should do on our part, God doesn't need the help of man to proof Himself.* So let nobody's heart be troubled because of these things. Our zeal must remain strengthened to see the performance of the Almighty God. We are on eagles' wings, and how it will happen is what nobody knows. There's no effort of man needed but when all hopes are lost then God shows up, according to His eternal plan. We shall see the end.

Scripturally, we note that Jephtah was rejected by his brothers and sent into exile before he became a king, David, the despised one of Jesse's sons, was raised to be the king, Zerubbabel was despised, but it was he who began and finished the building. Justice Has Prevailed Godvernment (JHPG) is the foundation on which the salvation of our great nation NIGERIA and indeed humanity rests, and the corner stone which unites Christians and Muslims, and all other religions, beautifies, strengthens, and completes the whole building of a super restructured new nation PISONIA, as the head stone, or uppermost stone in the corner of the whole edifice*. We shall be rendered the object of the joy and admiration of all nations.

Therefore, INEC's rejection of JMPP is according to God's determinate counsel and foreknowledge and its marvellous in our eyes; for there shall be a wonderful display of the wisdom, grace, mercy, power, and faithfulness of God over JMPP and over our great nation NIGERIA. *So, all our members are enjoined to hold their peace. Rejection is not the end. With humility and trust in God Almighty, we the ransomed of the Lord shall come back rejoicing with everlasting joy and sorrow and hissing shall flow away*. And, this was already done by the Lord. CNPP Calls For Truce in Ongoing Crises Rocking Nsukka Zone.

Peace and security is an essential factor of human life. A peaceful and secure environment is critical to
every society since it affects all aspects of economic and social development in a society, and is a necessary sin-qua non and panacea for the realization of prosperity and enduring democracy in a giving society.

The fact remains that, no society can develop or grow economically without a peaceful coexistence among its populace hence the call from Enugu State Conference of Nigeria Political Parties (CNPP) to worrying parties in Nsukka and Udenu local governments to embraces peace and find a way of settling their differences without resorting to endangering human lives and destruction of properties.

In a release issued by the state Chairman of the body. Chief Adonis Igwe, CNPP maintained that there can not be any meaningful development achieved thru violence and rancor, therefore the body is advising anyone or group of persons fueling the crises to have a rethink as peace can only be achieved on a round table and not thru violence.

CNPP stated that though, the crises in Nsukka and Udenu are purely PDP issue but CNPP being a responsible body whose greatest interest is for a peaceful coexistence of all political parties including the PDP in the state, as well as the development and well being of the people of Enugu state, is worried by the continued protest and its negative implication on the lives and property especially disruption of business activities which is of no one's benefit and warn anyone who is benefiting from this to embrace peace and settle whatever be the issue. The CNPP boss pointed out that, though is the right of the people to protest but said that protest should be the last option and should be done in a way that will not threaten the ongoing peace and development program in the state adding that, this is why the law courts are set up to take our complains.

He advise all the key stakeholders in the crises to find a common ground which will gear towards peace and understanding in the area. According to him, It is important to note that promoting peace and sustainable development reduces poverty and prevents conflict, translating to a healthier business environment that allows for a more effective delivery of democratic dividends to the people.

He called on the security agents to be up and doing and encourage them to be on top of the situation while assuring the people of the state that CNPP is closely monitoring the development.

ENUGU: Two Dead while many injured in a renew clash in Oduma, Aninri LGA.

.... As the CNPP Chairman in the Local Government slam the Transition Committee Chairman for their irresponsibility.

The increasing complexities and negative implications arising from myopic and incompetent leadership in the society, coupled with the reckless and careless attitude of our leaders not only hampers higher levels of productivity, effective and ethical leadership, it also endanger lives and property as we are witnessing in Oduma today. No doubt, good governance and effective-ethical and responsible leadership are the essential requirements for a society to be considered progressive.

The state of affairs and leadership situation in Oduma, Aninri local government of Enugu State is one that many observers have continued to question the capability of the current leadership of Aninri Local Government Transition Committee.

Speaking to newsmen, The CNPP Chairman of the Local government, Comrade Sampson Ugochukwu Mbah, condemns the recent outbreak of crises between Ama-Eke and Ama-Agu both in Oduma, Aninri LGA, where many have lost their lives, and many injured including property worth hundreds of thousands of naira destroyed. According to him, the recent crises and lack of direction in Aninri local government ordinarily would have been prevented if we have responsible leadership in the local government.

Comrade Mbah who berated the Transition Committee Chairman of the local government Hon. Uchechukwu Ogbonna who is also doubled as the commissioner for work for not being pro-active to tackle the continued insecurity in the land. According to Comrade Mbah, the local government local government like one running his private business. He condemned the leadership of the local government for pursuing their selfish and greedy agenda instead of responding to the needs and yelling of the people. He stated that the attitude of the leadership of the local government is a clear reflection of self disqualification, he said they have demonstrated their incompetent of leading the local government and therefore see no reason why the state ruling party should field a candidate in Aninri for the coming local government election because the people of Aninri will not waste time to reject them at the pool. Comrade Mbah stated that the people of Aninri will speak thru their voters card and added that the coming election won't be business as usual.

So far, the clash between the two worrying villages where it was reported that 2 persons instantly lost their lives on tuesday 28th January, 2020 and more than 4 persons still in coma as of the time of filing this report, could have been averted if not because of careless leadership we have. Comrade Mbah who is a well known activist of a long standing pointed out that many people will be shocked on the outcome of the local pool in the area because the people of Aninri have resolved to take their destiny into their hands and chat a new cause.

CNPP carpets Alliance Parties for Democratic Dividend over adoption of PDP candidates for the February 29 Local Government Election in Enugu State

Three days ago an amorphous group that called itself Alliance Parties for Democratic Dividend alleged that it met with His Excellency, Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi at the Government House Enugu to adopt all the PDP candidates-17 Chairmanship and 260 Councillorship candidates in the local government election scheduled for February 29, 2020.

The visit made headlines in few newspapers as it was reported that 11 out of 92 Political Parties in the State adopted PDP candidates.

Ordinarily, CNPP would have ignored the reported adoption. However, we are compelled by a higher duty to God and society borne out of patriotism to advise His Excellency to be wary of the feather weight political parties populated by social misfits, jobless and unemployable human beings who see every political activity as a ticket for their next meal.

CNPP further advises the Governor to deal with political parties with impeccable history of integrity and political antecedents which CNPP represents.

We acknowledge the right of persons to congregate under whatever name and for any purpose but it should not be for the purpose of extorting the Government.

If not for cheap politicking why would the group organize adoption of PDP candidates at the Government House. The Governor is not a candidate in the election. Why didn't they go to seek out each of the 17 Chairmanship and 260 Councillorship candidates. Because they knew they would get audience, attention and money from the candidates they resorted to visiting the Governor to have their palms greased.

These parties are backyard and portfolio political parties with no known address or structure. They are largely one man political parties.

The so called adoption has exposed the parties as very unserious. At a time most of Nigeria's political parties are seeking lifeline to survive deregistration, these political parties have frittered their opportunity of at least to contest for one Councillorship seat.

CNPP assures the Governor and the ENSIEC of her readiness to strategically collaborate to have free, fair, credible and violence free Local Government Election in the next month's election. The CNPP's engagement will be based on shared aspiration for the peace, progress and prosperity of Enugu State.

The CNPP boss frowned at the attitude of some persons parading themselves as party chairmen. He stated that no one can intimidate or bully the government by framing up lies and false accusations against the government. Is really very unfortunate that some persons who called themselves party chairmen are not, stating that is shocking to know that none of the protesting party chairmen have gone to the ENSIEC office to confirm actually if it is true that ENSIEC demanded money before issuing them the nominating form but quick to rush to protest because they want to embarrassed the government of Enugu and blackmail the state electoral body (ENSIEC). The assurance of today's text is very encouraging as it brings to an end, the era of worshipping Almighty God with fasting in hunger, feableness and anger. Believers in the Oneness of and seekers of Almighty God in Justice Must Prevail Party (JMPP), who really desire to commune with Him, and desire this in 2020 are to eat of the good things which Almighty God has provided. Our food consumptions are to equip us with the needed energy to worship Almighty God in this *new era of worship which has brought to end, the era of preaching, praying and fasting as a way of relating with Almighty God.

JMPP members who, being truly convicted of the insufficiency of their own righteousness, wholly trust to and rely on the righteousness available in the covenant of Twelve Pillars of Oath of integrity that kills if violated; and, are willing to be instructed and reproved, purged, purified and refined into good works with zero tolerance to corruption; are not easily provoked to wrath; patiently bear indignities and affronts, and are gentle unto all men; these shall eat in plenty and be satisfied so that they'll have the energy to worship Almighty God with all their strength and with all their might.

Giants and many mighty and noble even kings and queens that would rise in Justice Has Prevailed Godvernment (JHPG); who will not live upon their titles of honour, their grandeur and glory, but as the meek that are ready to prostrate and bow down to worship Almighty God in principle and will fall down before him, and serve and worship Him alone.

Though we may not be priests or imams and may not have the great felicity to minister before Almighty God in holy things; yet the ransomed and the redeemed saints of JMPP shall worship upon mount Zion, at the 500,000 Garden of Eden Centres to be established throughout the nation from the Federal down to the Wards; *facing heaven (Quran 2:144a), on the side of the North where God is known in His palaces for a refuge,* feel the outpouring of His Spirit, and be made happy with the blessings which He dispensest there to worshippers in truth and in spirit.

*The promise of an ample sufficiency of food is for consumption by man to increase his energy and commitment to acts of worship.* Such, from the productiveness of the lands of our great nation NIGERIA is the nature and ground of the confidence under which our nation shall never be ashamed nor be afraid. Even in the hour of threats and temptation, the precepts of Almighty God, the owner of our party, must remain the source of our spiritual vigour. JMPP is built on a foundation which shall never shake under us, therefore we tremble not in the day of adversity. The sure and certain promises of God Almighty given to His servant, Apostle Sunday Chukwu-Eguzolugo, in the house of his Muslim friend in Kaoje Kebbi State in 2010 is that he shall sit as a King and Judge on His throne, with authority, whereby that the whole world beginning from Nigeria might serve Him in holiness and righteousness before Him all the days of our life. NECESSITY OF BROKEN JMPP HUMAN VESSELS AND IMPLICATIONS FOR SPECTACULAR TRANSFORMATION OF NIGERIA

The Holy Quran (3:54)

O Jesus, I will cause you to die, and exalt you to My presence, and clear you of those who disbelieve and make those who follow you above those who disbelieve till the day of Judgment.

There are many things in the person, death, and sacrifice of Jesus (pbuh), which we can neither explain nor comprehend, *the similitude of which is the deadly sacrifice offered by members of the Justice Must Prevail Party (JMPP) in the covenant of Twelve Pillars of Oath of righteousness that kills if violated*. All we should say here is, it is by this means that the world was redeemed and through this sacrifice our great nation NIGERIA is saved - it has pleased Almighty God that it should be so, and not otherwise.

Jesus (pbuh) compares Himself to a grain of wheat; his death, to a grain sown and decomposed in the ground; and to the blade which springs up from the dead grain; which grain, thus dying, brings forth an abundance of fruit. JMPP must "die" by taking the deadly covenant of Twelve Pillars of Oath of integrity that kills if violated; to be glorified; and, unless glorified, JMPP can not establish the glorious future of NIGERIA upon the earth.* This order is of God the owner of the party, Who had rated the redemption of our nation at this price; as in nature, He had attached the multiplication of the corn to the death or decomposition of the grain. *The end of Twelve Pillars of Oath of righteousness is the redemption of a lost world; the purification, purging, refinement, justification, sanctification, and glorification of JMPP men and women into zero tolerance to corruption - the only answer to all the problems bedeviling the nation NIGERIA.

The cure for evil desires is humility - a contrite heart and a broken spirit. Our account; our reckoning is to be with Almighty God before whom all is naked and open. We cannot pass off hypocrisy for sincerity. He will judge us according to truth, not according to appearances; and His sentence, will be just. Therefore, JMPP members are partakers in the new heavenly Jerusalem called PISONIA and new capital city called HAVILAH right now; Jesus (pbuh) rules our lives, the Holy Spirit is always with us, and we experience sweet fellowship in spirit and in truth with other believers, Christians and Muslims, facing heaven (Quran 2:144a), on the side of the North, the city of the Great King where God is known in His palaces for a refuge. We must continue to be deeply rooted in the word of Almighty God in celebrating the new year and in the years ahead.

Meanwhile, 2020 is the full and ultimate year of our rewards and the reality of our *TRIUMPHANT ENTHRONEMENT IN DOMINION OVER NATIONS!* Eventually, the world will crumble and only Justice Has Prevailed Godvernment (JHPG) will last but we are part of the Almighty God's kingdom on earth, enabled to withstand the shaking, shifting and burning. *Whatever happens in our great nation NIGERIA, JMPP's future is gloriously built on a solid foundation of Jesus (pbuh) the Al-Masih (Messiah); who shall soon return to rest His Godvernment on the shoulders of JHPG and His unshakable Kingdom that cannot be destroyed.
