U1:The loans are individual loans, the requirement is designed in such a way that a group of 10 individuals will apply together. But each applicant must have the stipulated requirements, a business plan and/or a site put to use for farming. Also the group acts as guarantors for each other so no sress in getting someone to stand as your guarantor. The anchor or (representative) of any group is the communication channel between the bank and each loan applicant. |
adekunlecrown:You can visit their office, according to the staff I discussed with in Benin. Their offices are located in Nipost offices nationwide. If you want to join my group that may be more expensive as you'd need to visit Benin for verification. |
I don't know if you're aware of the national microfinance Bank set up in collaboration with the Central Bank of Nigeria. This bank has two current loan services and you can apply for any amount of money you require to setup or expand your farming business. One of it's loan services is called anchors borrowers program and is designed in such a way that you can apply for a loan without collateral. Requirements: On the national microfinance Bank website nmfb.com.ng they refer you to their bank physical address to gain more info. So I visited their branch in Benin by the nipost office in Airport road opposite the Oba Palace. Here's what I was told is required. 1. You will need to be a farmer and have an already existing farm location. Start ups are also accepted. 2. You will need to form a group of ten people who are also farmers or have a business proposal on farming. 3. Each member of your group need to open a savings account with the bank. Minimum deposits is 5000 naira. 4. The creator of the group is the anchor(representative) of that group and is the person representing the group to the bank, thus communicating information to the group from the bank. 5. The anchor is not responsible for the loans taken by members in case they default. 6. Members acts as guarantors for each other so no need to search without hope for people to guarantee your loan application. 7. All members must have valid identification, voters card and national identity card. And BVN numbers. 8. Approved loan application will be disbursed to the savings account created with the bank. Farming activities may include planting of crops or raising of livestocks. E.g fisheries, piggery, poultry etc. Note: after successful loan application, agents of the bank will be sent to assess your farm location and loans will be Reduced or improved according to assessment scores. Interested farmers located in Benin city should please write to me through this email ikyesbiss@gmail.com Let's build a group and take advantage of this opportunity. This is not a scam, google nirmsal anchor borrowers program to verify. |

seizethaBae:Frankly, I would not say it's a thing to worry about much. That's how you get married by not worrying about if he would marry you. Obviously you've spent too much time in relationships hoping it leads to marriage and dreaming of that perfect wedding. What you should avoid is building castles in the air. Be with a man because you want to know him, you don't have to even date him. You like him befriend him. Talk to him when you get a chance find out if he's got a gf very important. Don't build any notions when he starts noticing you more, he just sees you as one more vagina in a world of different kinds of vaginas, it's like seeing ripe mangoes in the market or queuing around junctions to buy corn. It's every where with different flavors. Yours isn't special. If after three months he hasn't stopped trying to sleep with you and just accept your friendship move on. If he has then you broaden the scope of your friendship. Talk about work, invite him over on weekends for free food but make sure he's out of your house before 7:00. If you still like the dude after the 6th month I'd say gradually faze into the romance, he must be used to coming over by then, telling you about work, maybe even gossiping with you, he might tell you about all your other competitors giving you first hand information required to discourage any other babe. Don't nag him, but scold him when he does things you don't approve of so he knows how you feel about it. If he does it again ignore him. Let his conscience be the judge, see if he doesn't apologise. Don't starve him of food because you're angry. And don't insult him in public. And when his blindness finally clears. Tell him what you are ready to tolerate in a relationship before you even begin. Let him decide if you are his jackpot or not. If you are then you shouldn't spend more than a year getting him to see you as that golden ticket he wouldn't like to lose. I'm a dude though you are older and in already in love with someone and I've been learning about her for the past two years and some and this is how she got me thinking of marriage. Though I'm yet to propose. Still you wanted advice and I was seriously bored and decided to oblige you. Hope you read this sha. |
