Let's first check the bible to know if baptism is a prerequisite.
John 3:5"Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God
Mark 16:16, He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved
So, you lied; it is clearly a prerequisite.

Now over to the thief. How do you know he was never baptized? I know many kids who were baptized but grew up to be bad. In the gospel of Jesus Christ, we don't discover the truth by guesswork. You don't know if the thief was baptized or not, so stick to what you know.

Are you saying they are all in hell?

I think there is something like "you can not be sworn in or take oath of office more than twice" in the amended electoral law.
