Nigerians don't ask questions that demand accountability from their public office holders but want to crucify the only one that has the courage to ask such questions in a country of 250m people.

Cost Per kilometres and average cost per kilometres basically mean the same thing. Mathematically, both requires same process to arrive at. The minister simply took that cheap shot at Rufai to ridicule him and I grant him he has that right.
