Romance / Re: Would You Marry An Ugly Rich Man or A Handsome Poor Man? by judy4all: 5:06am On Apr 28, 2011
lol,  lol,  Looking at the picture of the guy with the bush rat, and Momodu is not fair,

First of all, the bush rat guy is not cute,

2nd, Momodu is actually fine,

Who would I marry? If they have the same personality,  Momodu please!! Life would be much easier.

Trust me, I am married to a really cute but poor man,  He has great aspirations - Doing a Masters in a great private school in the US.  Really smart,  e just nor get money!!!
Financially, I do ok.  Enough to pay all the bills, and pay school fees,  but everything else is a struggle.  At least I know with his education, the probability of him becoming rich is very likely (add the fact that he's smoking hot), I just have to be patient.

Would I do it again? Yes, cos we love each other dearly,  but if I hadn't fallen in love with him yet,  lai lai!! You go suffer. I knew things were hard when I started counting the meat in my pot.  If e chop pass one meat, body go dey bite you.  U no go fit drink juice, cannot visit your friends or drive anywhere because no money for fuel.  After you spend 24 hours together eating rice and boiled egg everyday, or trekking everywhere, or drinking water always, or using baking soda + salt for toothpaste, and using coconut oil both for body cream and cooking,  body go tell you!

Programming / Re: Junit: How To Set Classpath On Windows Xp by judy4all: 6:02am On Nov 30, 2008
Depends on where u have junit installed, you should then go to your environment varibles and add the lib folder under junit to the 'path', then set JUNIT_HOME to whatever ur junit home directory is,
Programming / Re: Without Using Pow Function In C by judy4all: 5:53am On Nov 30, 2008
The easiest way to do it is to call a built in calculator with the expression of ur choixe, or an online calculator, for example,

http://www.google.com/search?q=5^6

will give you a google page with the answer or 5^6,

In c, you can call a get on any website of your choice, eg, http://www.google.com/search?q=5^6, and 'get' will give you all the text derived from the query, you can then use 'sed' to search the expression for the answer to your question, say if u need sample code doing this,
Programming / Re: I Need A Code To Allow Download From by judy4all: 5:47am On Nov 30, 2008
There is no special way to load anything, Basically if you create a folder on your webserver with those files in it, regardless of extension, a link to that folder will show all the files available, If you want some fancy gui, that's a different case, but u do not need code to upload and download files online,

If you are trying to create some type of spider that searches the web for some specific type of files, then u will need some coding, easiest ways to write such is in c, but other than that, you are fine,
Programming / Re: Any Nigerian Women In Programming? by judy4all: 5:40am On Nov 30, 2008
Well, i am a Nigerian woman and ive been a developer for the last 5 yrs of my life, you either like or you dont, just like math, i know a bunch of women that are great at it too,

And no, you dont have to read as much in programming, most of it is just difference in Syntax, and once you catch on to one, you can pretty much teach yourself the others, best way to learn is solving actual problems, and lots of practice,

i do java, c, c++, c#, php, perl, shell scripting, vb, as i said, u use it when u need it, I'm surprised that pple liken programming to cracking brains, maybe it is, but it isnt worse than any other field out there,
Programming / Re: Linux Boot-problem by judy4all: 5:33am On Nov 30, 2008
Well, Ubuntu is the #1 choice for home linux users, If you want something enterprise level and do not want to pay, try using Centos, its the free version of RHEL, i've used both in the past but Ubuntu does great on graphics, video, audio things, better than the other unix distributions ive tried in the past,
Programming / Re: Programming Challenge(python,java,vb,.net: Etc) by judy4all: 5:27am On Nov 30, 2008
This program will be about 20 lines if u write it in shell scripting or in perl, C will do a better job @ it even,
Programming / Re: My Fellow Java Programmers Might Like This, its Not A Main Class Though by judy4all: 5:23am On Nov 30, 2008
i still don't see the point of the code, other than using cases, or exception handling, there r tons of things wrong with it, The program is basically spitting back to the user what they enter, It only demonstrates the use of I/O in java,
Programming / Re: Help For Programming by judy4all: 5:18am On Nov 30, 2008
What about java do you want to learn? You should have a starting point,

Programming / Re: Java Programming For Dummies by judy4all: 5:15am On Nov 30, 2008
The decision of using Eclipse or Netbeans is solely your choice, i still believe that the best way to learn is using any test editor, and compiling and running thru the command line, I've used both Netbeans and eclipse, and eclipse is easier to configure, but they pretty much do the same thing, Eclipse also has more plug-ins available than Netbeans,
Education / Re: Madonna University by judy4all: 4:04am On Sep 07, 2007
Is it the same madonna university okija that we are talking about? I went to the school at some point in my life, and the best thing that happened to me was leaving that place. @ option and all y'all pro-madonna people, let's even forget about social life, talk about education, how conducive was the learning environment? what are your opinions on people that have been expelled unjustly (most people that have been expelled have been uncalled for), what about the little ways they exploit people, by bringing unnecessary random fees from nowhere, i dont even know where to start, And dont get me wrong, you might be able to get an education outta there, the same way you can get an education out of a un-funded primary school in some remote part of jalingo, You guys that went there, and are "gainfully employed", and lol @ Havard and oxford and cambridge, your friends have been lying to you, if you think, its because they went to madonna, if you are gainfully employed, i suggest you praise God for his mercies, and not attribute it to the school, What about the monopolization of all the businesses in the school? up to the pure water that we drank, the mattress that we slept on, the okirika that they sold, was owned by Fr. Edeh! Ok, lets assume i was a show off, or a "semi-prostitute" as some of you define it, what about basic amenities? How many times did you find a sit in class or hear what Eze was saying in english class? how many times did you defecate in an actual toilet? how many times did you take a shower in an actual bathing facility? Do you know how much we paid there to not have all those things? do you know all the diseases we could have contracted just by living in that school? And what about your being an adult? Why do you have to force me to jog? yes, its a health concern, but im old enough to have a choice!! See i can write a book on the goods and bads of that school, for you who said that there was no bribery among lecturers, or sexual harassment, then there is a lot that happened that u didnt know, and might be in your best interest to not know,

DISCLAIMER: This is not intended to scare anyone away, im not saying its the worst university in the world, but they need to re-think the entire structure, it doesnt deserve the word "private" in front of the name, and i went there, i have people still there, but, the point in, dont go, or else you have absolutely run out of choices!
