Unfortunately people don't take assault on a man by a woman seriously. A girl once injured a guy with a big stone, the guy went to a police station to report. Two policemen came with the guy to invite the girl to the station. When the came and saw the girl, the policemen told the guy "u're not serious, so na this small girl break your head, and you come dey disturb us". That's how they went back to their station.

I disagree with you on this, only few women like such, majority want their men to be in charge and not dominate them and treat them like slaves

Ha! Brother don't generalize na, be like one woman don do you bad seriously. On the contrary being apologetic works on large percentage of women (Nigerian women inclusive) if not, why do women in abusive relationships still stay, and even when a man cheats the woman still remains?
The women you just described are a few percentage

I've just been watching this back and forth going on here and it's actually giving one headache. This thread was created for introverts to freely express themselves and possibly find help. Now all I see is fighting amongst us, no one knows it all we learn everyday some of us do serious research trying to know and understand ourselves better. Yes of course, many psychologists have studied human behaviors for decades and it's even them that made us know about introverts and extroverts. I've just discovered that there are different types of introverts and different levels of introversion, I would have posted some here but they're too lengthy. Calling people names cos they're trying to express their thoughts is not appropriate, even though this forum is a faceless place I see this particular thread as a safe zone for introverts. So, please let's try to be cautious.

I have 2 plots (120ft x 120ft) of land in Awoyaya, and I intend to fence the land early next year.

However, some friends are advising me to develop a 3 bedroom flat on the land instead of fencing it.

My intention is to fence the land pending when i have enough money to erect a good edifice.

Please I need your opinion.

Fencing it is a better idea, it'll secure ur land to avoid encroachment.
