[quote author=2Ballz post=93801955]If your fibroid is <4.0cm and not symptomatic in anyway, kindly let it be where it is. But if it is >4.0cm, equally symptomatic and situated within the nidus of your uterus as a pedunculated body, then you may have it removed by a doctor.

The best way to deal with PCOS will be provided by your doctor after some sessions of physical examination and proper signs and symptoms observation from him.

Treatment and management depends on signs and symptoms associating with PCOS.
You may likely choose for a treatment if you have any of the following signs and symptoms :

•Infertility or subfertility
•Excessive bleeding after a long time of observing your menstrual period.
•Growing hairs in male peculiar regions of the body
•Acne due to thickening of the skin
•Nipple discharge
•Increase weight gain
•others

AMH test costs 20-25k but could differ with laboratories in different locations of the country.

Was the myo an open surgery?
Are you sure its the fibroid causing the delay again?
I had myo in 2014, got pregnant in 2015 and found out the fibroids were back in 2020 but I was already pregnant again and it didn't affect conception the second time.
I'd suggest you clear all other possible delay causes and if the fibroid isn't causing issues this Time you might want to delay doing another myo.
Did you do HSG after the myo to confirm tubal patency?
Thanks for sharing your experience...Yes,the fibroid is actually causing delay plus low progesterone...The fibroid is even causing inter menstrual bleeding and now I bleed heavily and the cycle is not regular at all again...the last one came for about 11 days though not heavy...The former surgery was an open myomectomy and now just disturbed and thinking I may need to remove it surgically since it causing delay, causing heavy and long bleeding, and even causing painful menstruation....However,I am open to suggestions and advices of great mothers here Pls

Christianity EtcRe: What Is Your Understanding Of Sabbath? by Julbu(m): 8:13pm On Jul 26, 2020
The Sabbath was created for man in Genesis during the creation account in Gen.1 and 2.
Sabbath day is Saturday being the seventh day (Saturday):Going by the days of creation days of day 1 to day 7.
Mark 16 gives a better picture of the day of the Sabbath...The account of crucifixion and ressurection of Jesus tells us that he observed the Sabbath in the grave and rose the first day of the week.Since we all know that Jesus rose on Sunday and the Mark 16records it that the Sabbath had passed so that gives a very clear picture that the Sabbath day is Saturday..
Brethren, shall we continue to follow the dictates of men or we follow thus says the Lord?
I humbly pray that the Lord Himself will minister unto our souls and teach us to do it right .

HealthRe: Share Your Experience(s) With Nigerian Nurses by Julbu(m): 3:44pm On Nov 27, 2019
I feel your pains in the house but it is unfortunate that most of the experiences shared above are not with nurses but with quacks. A well trained Nurse will never put up most of the negative attitudes mentioned here. However, I want to reiterate that we should always ensure that we are treated by Nurses and not by quacks..

Nurses are great!

Bros, may God bless you more abundantly for this timely response.

I actually need to know more about the car. I have always admired the aesthetics of that Avensis but I haven't been privileged to ride in one.

My enquiries are mostly centred on the Durability, Ruggedness, Performances and Fuel Efficiency of the 2006/2007 Avensis, especially in comparison to the Corolla of same model years.

Thanks in anticipation of your understanding and prompt response.

May your fountains never run dry.
Amennn to all your prayers... GOD bless

Durability and ruggedness they both got there... So, I think pray about the two and let God direct ur path..... My two cents!

Please kindly give reasons for your assertion, Sir.

I'm highly interested in the 2006/2007 Avensis, but unfortunately, I don't know the strengths and weaknesses of the car.

I will be very happy if you could give detailed reviews and/or comparisons with the Corolla of same year.

Thanks in advance, Sir.
I drive Toyota avensis 2007.... Its an excellent car... Fuel economy is reasonable... The car is elegant and go to go at any moment.... U may contact me if u need more about the car or if u need one

This is wrong perception of a Nurse. nurses are trained professionals and not subservient to any other profession. However, all professions or most professions have interdependent roles...I am talking about nurses here and not auxiliaries
The nurse can't do anything without the doctors orders

Although I am in ph. One funny thing is that IVF successful treatment is not guaranteed meaning finally it's God. 2015, I cycled with Savealife hospital (success rate I will was 50/60%) . I conceived but miscarried around 14/15 weeks.i still see the children of my friends we cycled together, singleton and twins. I will say they were professional about the treatment but last last it's God.

I have had an encounter with other smaller hospitals too where awesome news are being celebrated. What am I saying, some smaller hospitals (names not yet known) are also doing well. some doctors know their onion. They are out to help couples smile. Not just about collecting money but they want to beat records and they keep improving.

Visit the hospitals u listed.Be conscious and meticulous. Randomly ask patients. Speak with the doctors. Don't trust them 100%. Doctors are human and they make mistakes.Ask God for guidance.follow your heart but don't discard information gotten from patients with experiences from the hospital.

You may visit Abuja.i have heard lots of great stories from Abuja IVF hospitals. Prepare yourself. Do your pre- ART TEST.Don't let them rush u and your spouse. Your success can be gotten from any hospital. Pray about it. God will direct you.

IVF isn't magic. Alot of things may go wrong. The most important stage is prior the procedure. Change diet, eat well, drink enough water, be positive, exercise, reduce stress, give or help people, be happy, hear from God, keep the information to yourself. Take care of any issue before starting. YOU MAY GET YOUR RESULT WHILE PREPARING.

Then read more about the two weeks wait. IF YOU HAVE THE TIME, PLEASE READ BACKWARD
Thanks a bunch for the human and empathetic response.... I am extremely grateful. I will work on the information supplied by God's grace...

GOD has used u to minister some succour into my heart.. GOD bless

i appreciate your concern and input. All effort to correct it has not worked out...drugs and d likes...just hoping for the best

Gloriousheart:
Even with the IVF, you need to take care of the low progesterone or else the pregnancy can be lost very early. You need a very good gynea with a good dose of progesterone. Recommended is Cyclogest 200mg twice a day but be sure you're able to sustain this dosage cos it's very expensive or you do once a day. You dont have a problem if it's only what you stated above.
