emanco: Pls share your travel experience from Lagos to Ghana by road. How safe is it? Did you go with ABC transport or GUO? Pls which one is the surest? Very save, road is better than Nigeria road, and it's better you take a nameless transport company, cause GUO AND ABC are expensive. And the exchange rate is not funny. |

Love800: Nop.
What can one do at abuja!
Abuja is not for hutslers. I prefer lagos where you will see alot of places to work. Yea, you're right, just sold my stuff and left. That city makes you feel like you're not trying at all while you're hustling your life away everyday. |

Love800: How is your house built? Most Abuja houses are badly built, especially the chambers, and all our chambers in the compand were open for a reason only known to the landlady. |

SporaD8: First, their natural habitat is being depleted day in day out; and Soakaway pits just happen to provide the necessary darkness and seclusion they needed. Besides, Faeces are readily available and a good source of protein! In conclusion, the infernal heat in Soakaway and drainage system during summer often force them out to seek fresh air. Just pray your bum bum won't be blocking their exit when they chose to take a walk! This fucking scary, my formal house in Abuja I live in fear of snake everyday, everyday. The thought of seeing it is in my mind all the time. Because of the way the house is built. |

divinetouch24: Its not eveñ about the passport. It's about your preparedness (are you just going for fun, cos it's more of a road trip for me. I'll spend just 3 days and come back, you should have your plans for accommodation and feeding). I'm going through a route that only your NiN or Voters Card Is Needed.
PSA. I just finished a tour with some religious organisations (A Tour Of Badagry) And I Will Be Sharing With You How The Tour Went. Hi. Any travelling plan next month or April? |

Health › Re: How Much Does It Cost To Replace A Tooth In Nigeria (pix) by Juleeee: 1:13am On Mar 07, 2024 |
ikezudon: If you go to a public hospital, it is cheaper. I took out a tooth for 7k in Randle hospital last year September 2023.
A replacement tooth in the same hospital costs 7k or so..
Before taking out the tooth, I tried to do a root canal treatment to save the tooth at the same hospital. Cost was 35k... I was supposed to crown the tooth after the RCT with 50k, but I was ill-advised by my friend. He said the RCT was good and could last a long time without the crowning. The crowning is more like a case that is worn to the tooth like clothes, phone case, screen guard etc, for protection since it is in a solid state but still fragile.... I Sha didn't do it...
However, I was forced to remove the same tooth a year later after biting stone in suya😭😭. Sorry, The last part really got me. |

Athena6: I was actually given this advice months ago when the dollar was 950 or so but my thought process was that the dollar might come down and I will lose money 😔 even now, I made the calculations
If I use 4M to buy dollar, that will be 3200 dollars and if dollar increases, say 2000 by this year ending or so, I would make an extra 2.4M but if dollar decreases I will lose a lot of money.
Nigeria is a very weird place, the dollar market is so unpredictable. I am still thinking of it sha Really really unpredictability and scary |

falcon01: I've seen a lot but recently I went to a local Hospital to see one guy who was posted to do some work by an NGO. When I reached there, I saw a man whith a messed up leg been treated. Let me give you a backup story of the Man, He had an accident and got his left leg broken but didn't go to professionals for treatement, he just went to those local house doctors and they did what they did. After 2 weeks, this man decided it was time to visit the hospital for treatment as his leg wasn't getting better. What I saw there was The alleged doctor pour some certain amount of substance which I am certain was salt through a hole in the man's leg and used his hand to remove large chunks Rotten meat from the leg!!!! Arrrhhhgggg!!! The whole leg has rot from the inside and the alleged doctor was just removing rotten meat from the Leg. Almost 60% of the leg is gone and you can see the bone. I dont know how the man was calm throughout the process and wasn't even shouting. The rotten meat was just kept beside them like it's a normal thing. I have seen gore, Accident, decapitation, and burning in real life but that really was messed-up! Why were you watching btw? |
