Dear Nairalanders, please do well to educate your family members and relations in Nigeria especially at the villages on the alarming increase in female trafficking outside the country for prostitution.
A lot of small girls as young as 15, 16 yrs old are being trafficked outside especially to our neighboring West Africa countries in the name of getting a job for them.
If anyone (male or female) comes to pick your female acquaintances outside the country please enlighten the parents or guardians on the danger of such move even if they are related, there has been instances where some girls will bring their biological siblings for prostitution.
Pls let us play our part in building a country we'll be proud of as the disgrace and embarrassment is getting to too much for some of us here outside this country.

I'll use my state(Rivers state) as an example..My father and late grand mom told me that before the civil war,our community or LGA Okrika like many other communities,had various thick mangrove swamp forests.But they were all destroyed by Ipob all in the name of looking for saboteurs (inside swamp).
