Buhari,coming into power without a certificate,shielding Amaechi,Burutai,etc of corruption allegations, shielding his herdsmen who brazenly kill farmers on a daily basis but can quickly declare operations against SOUTH SOUTH,SOUTH EAST,etc is incorruptible?

I think,he has to check the dictionary to really know what "incorruptible" really means.
