One question I have always asked and nobody has an answer to it is, "What's the need for constituency project money given to lawmakers when we have the federal ministry of works?" Which law gave the parliamentarians power to execute projects in their local communities?

Obasanjo messed up this country when he had the rare opportunity to fix the democratic foundation. Today, he has become a saint, giving unsolicited counsel to the tall oldie with an incurable ear infection.

perfectly u said mind, why giving them projects?! Their primary assignment is to make law and speak for the people they are representing. We are lost in this country I swear.
