APC won because of political structure of their party.
The northern governors picked tinubu as the candidate of the party, and those governors delivered the large votes for him during election.

Atiku thought he would win the north with landslide votes. They thought they could win without the southern votes.
He and those around him deceived themselves, at the end atiku could not get the twenty five percent in twenty four states.

Number one problem is bad maintenance culture.

I was told that shagari built and equipped hospital in sokoto with modern equipment that time.
The first problem was there were very very few that could operate those hospital equipment and they were not maintained well.

At this period, the president suppose to be christian person.
That could have been happened if pdp picked christian person as their presidential candidate.
APC would have also picked christian person as their presidential candidate.

But pdp preferred muslim northerner to lead again.

Labour party won the governorship election.
But their main supporters are the ipob terrorist. I think it was the problem.

If they behave well in abia state, there is possibility they would get Enugu state from the court.
