Some of the most common causes very common in Nigeria are:
1. Constant use of antibiotics.
2. Consumption of Vegetable oil(ororo).
3. Constant use of drugs/medications.
These seem to be the biggest causative factors.
Another risk factor that is on the rise in Nigeria is Food Poisoning from fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and insecticides. These are becoming alarming in Nigeria and issues of Leaky gut are on the rise. Some people just notice that they fall sick too often without knowing why.
Sorry o for your constant sickness.

It might be leaky gut.
But it may also be allergy problem.
Go and read about allergy problems online.
The allergy may come from food or drinks or cream or soap, etc.
Try to monitor your life day by day, hour by hour and minutes by minutes.
