In east of nigeria, there have been some governors that were formerly 419 or allegedly been 419ners.

I am not expert on religious thing but from what I had seen, there was one apartment where almost all tenants moved to that apartment became poor. Things turned upside down for them.

There was another apartment also in the same neighborhood, where almost all tenants moved to that apartment moved to their own built houses from the apartment.
